Took my 44 Seay Ray Sundancer over to Panhandle Marina for a bottom paint job. Ben and his amazing team, sanded, prepped, and painted the bottom of our boat in 3 days. Fantastic Job ! Thank you Panhandle Marina

Great boat yard. 10 stars.

The boatyard handled a haul-out of a 35' full keel sailboat, for a marine survey, under windy conditions, professionally and courteously. Due to the weather, we arrived late, gave them advance warning, and they juggled schedules and accommodated us without difficulty. Reef Runner Yacht Sales will use them again. Nicely done Brian!

They have done so much to improve this yard. It is well maintained, and has a wonderful helpful staff.

The best thing about this place is the yard manager. He's pretty awesome. We originally came to this boatyard when it was still Bay County. We were not told there would be an ownership transition shortly after we were hauled out. Had we known, we would have chosen a different location to work on our sailboat. As it was, we were pretty much hostage to the new owners. The rate we were charged was an increase from the rate we had agreed to with the previous owner. Nothing we could do to change that. Some yards will not charge a yard fee or will significantly discount the fee when their employees are doing the work. This yard does not. We are pleased with the work that was done by the employee, but again, we were basically held hostage because we were on their schedule and that added a little more than a month to the time we were budgeting to be on the hard. The restroom facilities were a constant problem. There was access to a ladies restroom when we arrived. The new owners quickly shut that down which forced me to use the men's restroom. And it didn't have an interior lock, which meant men kept walking in while I was in the restroom. Not cool. We were promised access to 220v electricity for our welding machine. The new owners took that power for their office and left us without the power we needed to run the machine. The only reason for the three stars instead of one star is because of the yard manager. I'd give him five stars.
