Quality Inn Madisonville, Tx

As we were traveling on the day before Thanksgiving, our vehicle began overheating. We pulled into Buc-ees and waited for the vehicle to cool down, only to discover that it was not repairable.
The hotel is just across the street, and we were able to limp the vehicle across the street to the hotel. Not only did they have 2 clean and comfortable rooms available for us, but they also had a very reasonable pet fee ($10), and they did not charge higher prices for the holidays. The next morning, they were able to extend our checkout time to give us time to deal with the disabled vehicle. I am so thankful we found this hotel!

Staying here for a work trip. I am usually wary of motels, but this place was very clean. My room was recently renovated. The only drawback was the shower head did not work properly and the water did not warm up.

Great owner who is very involved with the day to day and if you have any concerns Wade will take care of you. He helped us this Thanksgiving tremendously above and beyond when our truck broke down. Location is great bc it’s right across from Buc-ee’s

The rooms are clean and nice. But the gentleman at the front desk was what really made me write a review. He was the most pleasant person I've ran into working the desk of a motel in a very long time. He makes you feel very welcomed here. And he is very polite in today's world that is very rare.

I’m a young woman and am typically afraid of going to hotels alone. For obvious reasons and because I’m terrified of bugs. Was on the way to Houston from Dallas on no sleep. Almost napped in my car but I read the reviews and gave it a shot. 10/10. I showed up at about 10:30p. I was still unsure of the place from the outside. But Clean is an understatement. Everything and every corner sparkled with no dirt. Front desk attendant was very friendly and professional. Everything was pristine in my room. I felt mostly safe. I put a chair against the doors and didn’t have any concerns after that. I’d probably do that at most places. The bed was very comfortable. In the morning I saw staff deep cleaning the outside of the building. They had coffee in your rooms and free breakfast and coffee in the lobby. The breakfast bar was also insanely clean. I would absolutely stay here again.

Very comfortable, very clean, very accomidating staff.
The remodeling they have completed so far is very nice.
When they are completed it will be a great place to stay with very affordable rates.
This was our 3rd stay here over the past year, each return the manager remembered us, last time we had our daughter with us and he inquired about her.
It's been fun watching the stages of remodeling as they take place, it'll be great when completed!

Called for room availability while driving through Dallas, about 2 1/2 hours out, the clerk was very nice and held us a room without needing my credit card number due to the danger of trying to drive down the interstate while trying to read the numbers. Upon arrival the same clerk was working the desk and was just as nice in person. Check in was quick and painless. Offered us a cold bottle of water, and also turned the heat on in the room so it would be comfortable when we got here. Room was great, bed nice and comfortable. Lots of places close by to eat. Will for sure stay again next time we are passing through.

I stayed here 2-27-2019, these are the best people, friendly staff and the guy who checked me in you couldn’t ask for a better person. The room was very clean and smelt nice. The bathroom was spotless, nice ref microwave good water pressure. I was in town getting my trailer worked on and they were running behind and at checkout l told the owner what was going on and he let me check out at 1pm instead of 11 with no extra charge!! One more thing no BUGS!! VERY CLEAN!! Will definitely stay again!!

Fantastic, comfortable bed! Beds can make you or break you, & this one was top of the line for me. Parking right outside the door, polite, helpful, & friendly staff. A/C did make some strange noises but I used an ear plug & slept well. Coffee in the lobby is a big plus! I do recommend.

Stayed here after calling the Best Western and catching attitude. So happy we did. Rooms are nice enough, especially for the price. Everything we'd need and clean. I like the bed but my husband doesn't. There's enough room for my kids' twin inflatable mattress and still room to move around. The staff is unbelievably friendly here and nice. I'd stay here again just to give good people my business. No breakfast but Buccees is across the street!

Enjoyed to stay, and will use again. Could not ask for more from a hotel. Rooms have been recently renovated, great water pressure for a hot shower, an a/c that will freeze you out, and comfortable beds. Walking distance to great places to eat. Owner was extremely helpful and understanding aswell.

I highly recommend this place. My husband and I lost our home due to a house fire on March 18th and we were placed through our insurance company on an extended stay.

The management was always very professional and made us feel very comfortable while attending to all of our needs.

The maid service they provide is impeccable. They came daily by to ensure our room was deeply sanantized and they were always very professional and courteous.

We are currently staying here for a few more days. I saw a lot of great reviews before I made the reservation and the great reviews are on point. The room is clean. Housekeeping does a great job. The front desk staff have been very friendly and accommodating. The bed is comfortable. The price is right. Definately recommend this place.

Thoroughly ENJOYED our stay here at Quality Inn Madisonville and give it a 10 star rating!! Vendant, the attendant on duty was extremely professional and and polite. The room was spotless and fresh. NO BEDBUGS or Roaches seen. Room was stocked with plenty of towels and shampoo,lotion,coffee etc. Fridge and microwave were spotless and hairdryer and iron/ board worked just fine. The bed was comfortable with a quality soft to medium firmness ( I have had 3 back surgeries over 40 years and the comfort of a bed is my priority!) the TV and remote worked just fine. A/C was perfectly cool and made the room very pleasant within minutes of turning it on after entering the room. It was very obvious that the staff has taken great care of this hotel and made our stay inviting especially with the worry of COVID 19. Staff were always observed wearing masks too! Vendant invited us to the lobby’s complimentary coffee, muffins and yogurt which was delicious!! This is a MUST STAY HERE HOTEL and we will surely be back again!!

Nice place to stay. Cost was very reasonable. Easy off and on interstate. Plenty of restaurants within 1 mile of motel. Room was large and staff was pleasant. I would stay again if in area.

Checked in at night and front desk help was the best. Clean rooms and good showers. Pool looked fun but we didn't have time. To go breakfast bags were a really nice touch. Right across the parking lot from buccees.

You can tell the owner takes pride in this property.very friendly staff. Everything is clean and updated.

Very modern rooms. Everything is updated and looks to be brand new; beds, appliances, furniture, bathroom. Room is super clean. Comfy bed. I actually didn't expect it to be this nice it being in a smaller town, but it's big city quality. The rooms are more like a hotel than a motel. Pool is refreshing.

Currently staying here for 5 days. The plan was for me not to stay inside the hotel room the entire time but no such luck and had surgery the day we were checking in. So needless to say I’ve been in bed the entire time. The bed is comfy and the room was nice and clean. The staff seems friendly, I haven’t had much interaction with them except when I get up to walk my nosey pooch. I have zero complaints. We will for sure be staying here again!

Friendly, really Clean, breakfast available, but no cold water in our room for both stays traveling through in a months time. You can still take a comfortable warm or hot shower though.
Will stay again if needed.
