We picked up our new dump trailer on Saturday and could not be more happy! Brian and Alvin are awesome and super helpful! Everything went super smooth! We custom ordered a 8x18 18k gooseneck dump trailer from Esteban at Texas pride. He was great to work with! Awesome customer service and he gave us updates on the build during the very short 2 week lead time! Trailer was built exactly how we wanted and should be a great trailer for years to come! Even hooked us up with extra keys after we took delivery! PS the dual ram setup is not to be underestimated! Lifts heavy loads with ease!

I purchased two of their 14' bumper pull dump trailers this year. I have to say, I've been very pleased with the quality and price. They have tackled every job I've thrown at them with ease. They pull well both empty and under load. I've filled them to both volume and weight capacity and they've handled both the trip and dumping loads with ease. There was one minor issue on both trailers that popped up early on. I worked with the dealer and Texas Pride. They were very reasonable and responsive. Issues solved quickly and fairly. Texas Pride has a loyal customer in me.

When looking for a trailer manufacturer you shouldn’t just shop for price/quality. Another equally important aspect of your trailer purchase should be warranty and service support after the sale. We purchased our Texas Pride Trailer for my hotshot trucking company (Aerie Ventures) several month ago and couldn’t be happier especially their service department. Earlier this month I had a driver in a semi-truck slam into the back of my trailer (twice) while at a truckstop. None of my local shops wanted to touch the trailer as it had to be evaluated by a fabricator and/or did not have the availability to quickly evaluate/repair it. I called Texas Pride Trailers Service Department and they were able to quickly schedule me in to evaluate and fix it. The entire process with professional and efficient. I want to give a big thanks to Chase, Kevin, and Blaine. You guys rock! I was able to get back on the road quickly. Thank you!

Had the pleasure of doing business with Texas Pride Trailers for our first Dump Trailer. From the time we began the process Esteban (Torres) held our hand through the process, answered all of our questions and even found an upgraded trailer in stock when our request became urgent. Trace had all of our paperwork ready to go and Brian did an absolute fantastic job in walking us through all of the preventative maintenance, safety and operating recommendations and even offered recommended upgrades to help protect our asset!

I made the trip up to Texas Pride to pick up an equipment trailer upon getting here. I noticed a few imperfections that were not to my liking. This might be normal to most. I am a very meticulous person and know what I want. Alvin Dicky and his crew along with Keyshawn and Joel intervened immediately and performed the revisions in a swift manner. Thank you, Texas Pride. Was just here 04/06/24 and loved every part of the experience. From sales inside to Bryan outside. Bryan made the process extremely easy. He spent time doing a walk around and giving me all the info I need to know about my new rolloff system. Definitely recommend them and if you have a sec talk to Bryan , he will give you good amount of information on your new system.

We picked up our 14’ gooseneck dump trailer today and the experience was great. I highly recommend Texas pride trailers. From the moment we opened the door the team was quick moving to get us everything we needed and back on the road. We were in and out in less than an hour with a full walk around the trailer. Bryan Swartz did an excellent job explaining all the features and all moving parts of the trailer with added maintenance recommendations to get the most out of our trailer. As far as the trailer goes we are excited to put it to work. The quality and upgrades and changes Texas pride has made on their trailers shows this company pays attention to reviews and customer feedback and strive to have a quality trailer for their customers.

Gus and Alvin did good with getting me ordered and kept me up to date o. What was going on and and walked me through how everything worked. Great people and customer service over there in Madisonville. Good quality and great prices.

I have had my trailer for a little over a year now. For the most part this is a well thought out and well made trailer. The floor of the trailer is thicker than most trailers, you can stand on the fenders without damage (that's huge), and it is available with extra high sidewalls.

Originally I justified this purchase with what it saves me in dumpster rentals. But, I have found myself using it for everything. We work on a lot of steep lots and being able to level the trailer when unloading is a game changer. No more carrying heavy stuff up a steep slick floor.

The only problem I have found is that they did not put a gasket in the utility box to protect the hoses from the cut metal. Over time this resulted in both supply hoses developing holes, fluid leaking on my driveway, and the expense of needing to repair the trailer. I was told that I should have caught this problem before the warranty expired and that this is common wear and tear issue since the gaskets tend to fall apart and go away after a year of use. Will need to come up with another way of protecting the hoses since I don't want to take time to keep disconnecting supply hoses to replace the gaskets on a regular basis. They did offer to send me replacement gaskets but I selected to try and source better quality items from another vendor.

Overall the build quality is better than most but not protecting supply line hoses sort of defeats the whole purpose of having a dump trailer. Time saved not having to unload has to be balanced with time and expense to regularly climb under the trailer to replace hoses and gaskets.

Update
After posting this review a manager reached out to me to resolve the issue. We had a very good conversation. He had looked at my photos and agreed that the hoses were installed incorrectly. To resolve the situation, he had me take the trailer to my repair shop and then reimbursed me for the work. Excellent job. I am bumping them up to a 5 star review. Would definitely buy another trailer from them.
