I highly recommend renting from this location. The staff here were outstanding. Charlvon was incredibly helpful and attentive, making my booking experience smooth. His professionalism and positive attitude truly stood out. I also had the privilege to have an excellent experience with Ayeala. She was incredibly professional, friendly, and helpful throughout my entire process. Ayeala made everything so easy and stress-free, going above and beyond to ensure I had the perfect vehicle for my needs. Her customer service was outstanding and truly made my day. She was awesome!!

I use them all the time for my trucking business and to haul my enclosed around. Always friendly! My only tiff would be the volume vs the inventory is off. You should try and book in advance because they may not have what you need short notice. Other than that, I'm very satisfied with truck brands, cleanliness, prices (great mileage options), customer service and location proximity.

Called place in Florence that we always used previously for truck rental, Long-Lewis. Spoke to a female first time. She gave us ok priced rates. It was going to be about $1100 for 2,000 miles. Each additional mile was .95. Calked back to reserve, spoke to a male who said those were wrong rates. It would cost us $4,400 for 1 week and 2-4,000 miles. NO WAY! Found enterprise truck rental on google. Drove up to Huntsville and rented a 3/4 ton 2022 Chevy work truck with unlimited miles, 1 week was less than $700!!!!! The Female sales person was great. She even had the porters re-clean the back floorboard of the truck
Thank you Anayla (sp?) & Enterprise for helping this family make it to Chicago for my brother’s funeral then get back to work the next week when our truck broke down. Truly appreciate this company and it’s more than fair pricing. You will absolutely get all of our business and anyone else we know, business for life.

I got a call saying a piece of furniture I ordered had come in, and needed to be picked up ASAP. I called Enterprise Truck Rental in Madison and can't say enough good about them! Since it was for next day rental, and I was calling at 3 PM, I was expecting an "I can't help you." Well, they proved me wrong! They told me they expected 2 vans to be delivered before they closed at 4 PM, and said they would call me back when they found out more, and if I hadn't heard by 3:50, they may have gotten busy so call back. At about 3:50, when I was ready to hear, sorry, we can't help you, I instead heard, we got 2 vans in, and you can pick which size you need! I got their this morning, and they had a tape measure to see which one I needed! Every person I talked to did all they could to help me! I was so impressed with the helpful attitude, the professionalism, and the sense of humor all of the employees had! And, the rental was over $100 cheaper than going through Uhaul or others! This is the 2nd time I have rented through this location, and I will always call them first and recommend them. Now after saying all that, I DO NOT recommend calling at the last minute and DO realize they may not be able to get what I need under those circumstances, but I still would have thanked them, just for trying and calling me back! That alone is more than most others will do!

I just had to do a short move from Huntsville to Madison, when I researched prices from other companies, no one could even compare to enterprises rates! They were so helpful, so accommodating, made sure I felt comfortable and confident driving a 26’ behemoth, and what little troubles I had with the truck, they were super responsive and helpful. I could not have done my move without them and their help and friendliness. I told my mom to use enterprise for her upcoming move, especially since they give a USAA discount!!

Enterprise Truck Rental had me feeling like a REAL BOSS taking control of the highways in that Dodge Ram. Just what I needed to take my son to college and get him ready for his first year at the University of Kentucky. Great service, great price, and great adventure!!!! Will rent again in the future.... The tops in customer service! Ben and Nathan are always very responsive to the needs of my company when we need a rental truck, even on a moment's notice. We currently rent from Enterprise on a long term basis and wouldn't go anywhere else!
