Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Ok here it is. My location was the New Enterprise on HWy 72 In Huntsville Alabama. From the conformation call the day before pick up to the return process. I was so delighted I chose Enterprise. Every employee was polite and very attentive. I loved the choices of vehicles that were available. And truthfully I'm ready to purchase my own 2025 Toyota Camery the experience alone was unmatched. I will truly and gladly bring my business back. Thanks everyone.

I recently rented a car from Enterprise in Huntsville, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. Travis was particularly outstanding—his professionalism and friendliness made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. From the quick and efficient pick-up to the hassle-free drop-off, everything was seamless. The car was in excellent condition and exactly what I needed. I highly recommend Enterprise Huntsville and commend Travis for his superb customer service.

I haven't experienced over the top customer service in a long time, so let's just say I wasn't expecting it. But from the moment I entered the door, the entire staff was helping customers along with greeting me. Once it was my turn, I explained to the staff what my need was and they did everything in their power to accommodate me. There were 2 newer employees being trained at the same time and they didn't skip a beat. Their uniforms were nice and neat. Not only did they look professional, they were professional through the entire process. 💯 Great Job Enterprise Team!

Recently picked up a week long rental from this location. The staff was wonderful! The manager, Malcolm was very nice and professional and confirmed everything was correct with our rental agreement upon arrival. Isaiah got us squared away with the car and damage waiver and even gave us free gas which was so sweet! Another manager, Brandon personally handled a billing error for me and saw to that it was fixed and confirmed everything on a call with me to assure the issue was handled. We returned the car following Memorial Day and it was very busy, as expected, but this small team was super efficient! I always rent with Enterprise but I normally have to rent from the airport location as other locations across Huntsville, I've had bad experiences with. I took a chance on this location since it was renovated recently and is closer to where I live and now I'm so happy that I've had this experience so I no longer have to drive 20+ minutes and deal with airport parking and traffic to get a rental car. Thanks to the team over on University!

Best Enterprise branch in Huntsville!!! The staff was extremely attentive and friendly. But most importantly…. No long wait time for the car that you reserved in advance. I will be using this branch for future car rentals!!!

Definitely the only rental car office I've experienced where the staff are genuinely happy and enjoying what they do. In the midst of an odd insurance claims incident they were a pleasure to work with and accommodated my circumstance with top notch customer service.

I have used this Enterprise a few times but since they moved they have even better service than before (couldn't believe that actually could happen) All the employees were beyond helpful and curious, if only they could work everywhere I shop! Justin was so kind and we even joked when comparing the old Altima's to the new ones. Really pleasant experience. Will absolutely use them again!

After several less than pleasant experiences with Enterprise, my last two rentals from the University location have been seamless! Ask for Angel, she did a superb job setting me up and getting me out the door. She also happened to be there when I returned the car. She finished up the transaction and even dropped me off. Very thorough and professional!

Everyone was helpful and accommodating. Wait time was reasonable and the whole process was real easy. Travis was also kind enough to help bring my super heavy suitcase out of the car when returning it, which I really appreciate!

Both of the guys I dealt with checking in to pick up the car and checking in to return the car were super nice!! Will definitely rent from again if need to. Special shout out to Nick..

I have been renting with Enterprise for years in various locations and can definitely say that Malcolm and his team make it easy to keep coming back. Each time I visit, Malcolm or Brandon are there with smiling faces and a true passion to help get the customer in a satisfactory vehicle. Keep up the great work guys! It doesn’t go unnoticed.

My experience here was top tier! Mr. Jackson, Mr. McCaulley, and the other employees were so attentive and helpful. They were upbeat, friendly & seemed to really enjoy helping the customers. I witnessed this not only with me, but with other patrons as well. I was in and out in no time for pickup and drop off. I will definitely be back for my future rental needs.

I've used this location for years, even though there are 2 locations closer to me. The agents here are great, and the car I want to rent is always available. They are very transparent, so no surprises here. Cars and facility are clean, agents are courteous and helpful, and overall 10 out of 10! Great job!!

I went to the University Drive location on 12/26 after a car accident, which is typically a busy day for most places since it's the day after Christmas. I made a reservation online. When I got there, there were already about 4-5 people waiting before me. Brandon was at the front desk, he was very polite and professional. He made sure that I was taken care of in a timely manner. My car was upgraded at no additional cost because the one I selected wasn't available. Travis was my rental management assistant; he was friendly and thorough. I remarked at how clean the car was. I ended up returning the car to the airport location. The gentleman that helped me there (I didn't get his name) was very pleasant and the process was quick & easy. Thank you all so much for taking great care of me!
