Kiara was really helpful and professional during the pick up process. I took longer than expected to get my move done and she & Melissa worked with me on a later vehicle return. U-Haul’s mobile return was easy to figure out, but I did it after I dropped keys in self return slot—a lesson for me for next time. I would definitely use this location in the future. It seems well managed & you have great employees. .

I accidentally dropped my trailer off at one of the older locations right down the road. It was my usual drop-off until just recently. The nice people working here arranged for the trailer to be dropped off at this location for me while I was at work. Really saved me a huge headache! Great job with customer service!
