The owner was extremely nice. I was stranded in Alabama and he was more than helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a uhaul. Very clean office. Beyond understanding of my situation and even n offered to hold a uhaul for me if I didn't figure out my situation. By far the best customer service I received during my dreadful week in Alabama.

Very helpful,was initially renting a pickup truck but he made sure that it wasn't ready to go due to a small leak Ina tire,swapped over to the cargo van without any issues.

Phillip was great! His facility is clean and cool, and very easy to find. My rental was clean, gassed up and ready to go. Hands down easiest rental I've ever had.
