West Madison Urgent Care

I’ve come here so many times now and every time is always a pleasant experience! From the front desk check-in to the nurse and the doctors, everyone really treats you with care and respect. The doctors are very good at what they do, and I am in and out with no issues. I love the convenient location as well! Win win for me. I highly recommend them if you need an urgent care! I will continue seeing them for me and my entire family.

I walked in around 8:10 and left at 8:50. The front desk assistant (Jasmine) had me checked with my copay processed in under 10 minutes. After being called back Dr. Khan was assessing my concerns in a matter a minutes! If you are looking for a fast, friendly and efficient Urgent Care then this is the place for you!!

Great having an urgent care so close and wonderful staff. Thank you Dr. Khan for your knowledge and assistance. Also, one place that doesn't charge an extra fee if you come in on Saturdays. Shocked that other places charge an extra fee for weekend visits.

Best urgent care we've ever been to and that's saying something for our family. My son has an immunodeficiency so he's constantly sick. We've been to A LOT of urgent care locations but we don't go anywhere else anymore. The doctors are wonderful, listen and explain and give you choices for different treatment options. The wait times are short, usually under 10 minutes. The office is new and the staff is great. Absolutely fantastic and I can't recommend them enough.

Great “beside manners” from start to finish! The receptionist was friendly and efficient. The nurse was pleasant and professional. The doctor was knowledgeable and kind. I was in and out within 30 minutes. And finally, the facility was clean and spacious. I highly recommend them if you need assistance.

Every member of my family has been here several times and I cannot say enough good things about this urgent care and the entire staff. They are amazing with my young children and so warm and friendly. I just took my daughter and was in and out in 20 minutes. Pro Tip: Use Sure Save Pharmacy and you can usually go straight from the clinic to there and grap your prescription right away!

After an urgent care closer to my house had a 2 hour wait I tried here, and I'm SO glad I did. They were quick, clean, and very friendly. Definitely worth the trip!

For all the experiences I've ever had going to urgent care which have for the most part been okay. I have to say by far, West Madison urgent Care ranks the best in my personal opinion! (This is my second visit).
Dr. Khan has an extremely comfortable and satisfying bedside manner and is also very compassionate towards his patients. The atmosphere is extremely clean, And even though I was losing my sense of smell I could detect the cleanliness as I entered the office!
Dr. Khan was very thoughtful on how I felt walking into his office. He is very strict and down to the point in his explanation to detail of my results. I've never experienced a long wait before being seen therefore I am absolutely satisfied with this facility. The staff members are amazing and highly professional. they welcomed me with compassion and with extreme consideration to my problems concerning my visit. This is the best Urgent Care in Madison. They get you in and out quick, while still being thorough and providing great care. Dr. Khon was very kind and professional.

Best urgent care clinic in Madison!! Wait times are always short, facility is clean, and the staff are welcoming! I’ve seen Dr. Khan multiple times; he is always friendly, knowledgable and takes the time to answer all your questions. I would highly recommend this facility!

The office staff was incredibly nice, quick, and the office is clean. The medical assistant and doctor did a great job of taking their time to listen in order to give appropriate diagnosis and medications.
