Cynthia did an amazing Jon when I stopped by and needed help, she had a customer she was already working with but greeted me and ket me she would take care of me when she was done, once it w my turn she actually quickly and nicely helped me out and took care if fed ex fdeluwvet at same time seamlessly.

Stopped today on Forest Hills Road to set up a storage unit. Was met by Jamie. In most places customer service no longer exists. But here, Jamie made me feel less stressed. She was well informed in explaining everything to me. She was very patient and she definitely went over and above to help. She is a true asset to the business. Thank you Jamie for all your help

Stopped in to get prices and see the size units they had available. Lady that helped me Allie was very helpful and professional. Loved her positive attitude and will definitely recommend this place to people for storage .

Was looking around for storage units and had my eye set on a company that seemed to good to be true until I talked to Shane (international customer service) who was GREAT and took care of all my questions and reserved my unit at CUBESMART. I never leave reviews because it’s not worth my time honestly. BUT! I will always give credit where it’s due and Jamie at the Loves Park location off of Forest Hills Road made the process even easier than my phone conversation. Took care of everything we needed. Was a very quick and painless process. And explained everything just as the other gentleman that helped me. Left nothing out and laid it all out on the table for review and we signed the line. Thank you for the fast and easy process to have a place to store our things 🤙🏼

Jen is amazing to deal with. We had an issue with auto pay and she was able to get it fixed. I would recommend them to others. We have had our units since 2019.

Samantha was extremely helpful and friendly! It didn't take long at all and the location is very convenient. She took us on a golf cart to show us the unit which was very spacious and super clean. The price is excellent and insurance more than reasonable! I recommend this storage to everyone in need! I give it 5 stars .

Samantha has been working with me over a year. I was getting out a abusive marriage and had to put my belongings up. She has helped me so much and so friendly. She has went above and beyond to help me keep my belongings until I got on my feet. I love the customer service and I would highly recommend using them!

The worker Anthony was a exceptional salesperson. Very patient very kind answered all the questions. You have a very gracious person working for you. He is very knowledgeable about his job too thank you for having him there.

I won a storage auction for the first time here. Samantha, the lady who helped me, was very friendly and knowledgeable. She made it easy to get everything taken care of and get started on cleaning out my unit. She not only answered all my questions thoroughly, but also provided me with a lot of good advice to help me get started.

The manager Samantha here is awesome!! One of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. She went out of her way to help us and give us the best deal possible while being very personable and friendly. Definitely will be back here for all my storage needs.

Got there after 4 pm on a Saturday and Julie was amazing. My daughter is moving back to Rockford and my little house couldn't hold her suff until she finds an apartment, so I was in charge of finding a storage unit. First thing I liked was Cube's website. It was very easy to navigate. I also liked their office hours - someone is there 7 days a week. As I said, Julie was amazing. She explained everything thoroughly, took me to see different units and helped me decide on a size. She wasn't at all impatient as I ended up taking longer than expected, and we didn't get everything done until after 5, when they closed. All in all, an excellent experience!

Kim and Vicki always do a wonderful job. They are always super friendly and always greet us with a smile. During every winter storms, I can count on Kim having in front of my door clean. They take so much pride in their property and I would highly recommend renting a space from these two girls. I checked out other facilities and nothing compares to this facility and no one compare to the friendliness of Kim and Vicki. Thanks for going the extra mile always for your customers. And too boot they smell really nice too.

Kim is always outgoing and super friendly. She always has a smile on her face and is always happy to greet her people. Kim spends alot of time getting to know each of the people she rents to and know each person by name. She always goes out of her way to make sure everyone is alright and if there is an issue it is taken care of right away. I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for a quality unit and great customer service to boot.

The staff is wonderful! They were very courteous and friendly. They made sure to tell us that they had many other units available if the unit I had reserved doesn't quite meet my size needs. Stayed for about 20 minutes afte the transaction was complete just talking about things going on and trading stories. Very down to earth people A+++

Before I came to this location I searched the reviews and that pretty much determined my decision and once I arrived I was greeted by Samantha and she was extremely helpful she made my visit extremely easy. The merchandise she sold me was very much needed. Great Customer service skills Samantha 👍🏼

My experience with CubeSmart has been phenomenal from the very beginning when I called the 800 number. It got even better when visiting the store and meeting the managers, Julie and Samantha. Both ladies were so very helpful and friendly in this very stressful time. I even enjoyed just hanging out for a little bit chatting with them about life, etc. I would highly recommend this store to anyone needing any kind of storage, or in any life situation.

It was great! Jennifer assisted me with my needs and was very accommodating when I had issues with the lock I had purchased on my own.

My first time storing my stuff there and I must say that I’m very pleased with their customer service! Samantha was a great help and was able to get me a month free! I will definitely be telling friends about this CubeSmart :)
