McDonald's

Wouldn't normally leave a review for a fast food chain , but Matt who works nights is awesome. Always friendly, respectful and positive. I'll go out of my way to stop at this location because I know I'll get good service.

By far the best customer service I've ever had at a McDonalds.

I filed a complaint about an iced caramel coffee I ordered there that didn't have any caramel flavoring. I hadn't take a drink until I was on my way home from the drive thru and didn't want to go all the way back to the restaurant. I rec'd a phone call from the manager Theresa about a day and a half later to solve my complaint. She offered to either give me a free iced coffee when I came in or she would mail a coupon for a free iced coffee. I think this is GREAT!!! I asked for the mailed coupon. I would recommend this location to everyone for the fast way they reached out and solved my complaint.

The over night staff is always so kind and quick unless it's super busy they can only work so fast and hard but they always have what you want, yes including ice-cream, but if their out of anything they will let you know. Cannot reiterate this enough they have the best McDonald's employees overnight check them out forsure if you want something quick to snack on

Today, we had a better than average visit to a McDonald's in Rockford. But this is to be expected from Bearco. I will be calling the corporate office Monday to talk about the wonderful associates working the cash register.

This is by far the best McDonald’s in the area. Their staff is always so quick and they never get my order wrong. All the other restaurants could take notes from this location!

I normally get breakfast for my food choice and their Sausage Muffin is great! Not much to it but it's always good.

The service was friendly. The building was clean. The food was hot, and the order was correct. Other customers were friendly as we struck up conversation.

These guys had a stressful night and the speaker was messing up and I was hearing their conversation but it totally cracked me up. I was there super late after work one night but the fries were perfect, the food was perfect, and I was able to get a shamrock shake!!!! (literally it was like midnight).. great job guys you did well being stressed

The young lady was very professional. When she found out my apple pies would take 12 minutes, she asked what else would do. She gave me 2 hash brown's. I ordered just one. Great service.

McDonald's is always a good place to get food when you're in a hurry. don't expect some premium food it's low quality but not terrible.

They were so nice on Christmas Eve. They were getting ready to close & there attitude was great.

Stopped in a lunch time. Very busy! Did self order machine. Got my food quickly it was fresh. Manager does great job keeping everything running smoothly.

We went to the McDonald's on Northridge this morning. The manager Mary Beth was super nice! She went above and beyond! Thank you for making my day extra special! The world needs more sweet people like you!

Hands down my most favorite McDonald's in the world. Super amazing staff and in a great location.

We always go here for a quick bite they're pretty quick with food and most of the people work there nice we go there sometimes just to grab an iced coffee or soda cheeseburger whatever one thing I'm not happy with this when they give you ice coffees they don't put enough for now on I'm not a straight lie coffee that's the only thing it kind of makes me mad

Nothing fancy. Staff is always friendly no matter the time of day. Frequently have to "pull up" to wait on even single item orders. The comprise on that is sightly longer wait, but super fresh food.

Manager on duty was very nice and helpful to bring my food to the table since I do have a handicap issue. Highly recommend this location

Today the evening crew on 5/23/23 were extremely pleasant and professional. They provided outstanding service 👏.

When I'm traveling I know I can count on McDonald's to have quality, consistent, best priced food overall. Plus they're easy to find. I order the chicken ranch salad and coffee, to me, nutrition-wise, the best bang for my buck. When I'm at home, I look for the specials.
