I took my grandson in just to dream! He found a dirt bike just his size, all kind of side by sides, four wheelers, golf carts…toys for all ages! The staff was very friendly and answered all his questions.

Excellent experience. Highly recommend.Update 6/4/2024. We bought our Yamaha 220 FSH boat in August 2023. The purchase process was easy and enjoyable experience. Parker was our salesman. He really made the process enjoyable. He wasn't high pressure and was extremely helpful with any questions we had. We bought a mooring cover at the time of the boat purchase. When we got home the cover didn't fit our boat even though it was the correct part number for our boat. The parts department (sorry I can't remember their names) worked with Yamaha and let them know about the issue. It took a little time but Yamaha finally sent the correct cover for our boat. They swapped the cover without issue. Just an example of great service after the sale. Thanks again Panama City Cycles and Marine!!!

Wow! What a great experience, from the first time I contacted Panama City cycles to the day I picked up my new watercraft, the service from the dealership has been nothing but excellent! My sales person, Parker, was courteous and very pleasant to deal with. I have nothing but good things to say about the dealership and highly recommend them to anybody looking for Powersports vehicles.

Bought my first motorcycle here (DRZ 400) Rick made the process very easy and comfortable as well as the rest of the staff. Extremely helpful and friendly. And he even helped us load it onto the truck. I'd recommend this shop any day

Service Center is great! Matt is always proffesional and keeps up with communication. The all knowing Sheldon has helped me out more times than I can count. I've bought and had serviced my boat, multiple jet skis and motorcycles through the years. No shop is perfect but these guys keep thier word and know what they're doing.

Bought the 2024 zx6r from Rick. I had only been riding for a week or so and just passed my msf course. Had a hard time coming to a deal until I left and got a call. You know how it goes at dealers. Needless to say, i love the bike and it gets a ton of attention. No complaints whatsoever. Also, I'd like to add, this place does have the best selection in a 120mile radius. Highly recommend anyone who's in the market for a new motorcycle to go check em out.

Bought my new Can Am Defender Max limited from them. Very easy process and quick transaction. The only negative part that I will say is that they have a non-negotiable freight and set up fee that many other dealers in the area do not charge. The shop is very well organized and well stocked with all of your needs and easy to find.

Yamaha PW 50.....Topnotch sales staff. Parker made the process easy. Completed all the paperwork electronically and picked up in person. Upon arrival Parker and the technician went over the bike with me. I was in and out in 15 minutes. No one in Alabama could compete with the price. Very satisfied.

Purchased a Sea Doo Switch. They was no high pressure sales pitch and Palmer was great to work with. The whole transaction went smoothly and was pleasant to deal with. I would definitely recommend purchasing from Panama City Cycles and I will be a repeat customer in the future.

I drive 2 hours for service work on my honda outboard. The customer service is unmatched and the work is 2nd to none. Most of all, I really like the communcation I receive during the process of them trying to diagnose any problems I may have. Super solid folks!

Stop then looking for a Hayabusa place was very nice had a couple of new ones sitting there I tried one on for size everything felt good look good and talk for a while with the salesman he was very helpful even though he knew I was from out of town the salesman I talk to his name was Rick Martin he's a good guy to talk to

We just purchased our new family boat from Panama City Cycles. We took home the 2023 Yamaha FSH 252. Jax and Mitch did a great job hearing our families needs and helping us narrow down the selection. They were able to help us walk out right at our budget and have answered all our calls and questions since we purchased. I highly recommend using them over a big Marina. It was clear they really care.

I don’t have a dirt bike but want one what I can say is the inventory is full of great brands and nice bikes they have so much good stuff there I hope one day me or my parents can make enough money so I can get a bike like I always have wanted I used to ride but my dad can’t afford it now so we sold the bikes love riding but will have to buy my own one day but this company looks great

Excellent Service!! From start to finish. Trevor was our sales person and he did an amazing job helping us through the process. Especially, being that we were fro out of town. The sales manager and other sales associates were very helpful with answering any questions. All of our concerns were addressed before arriving to the facility. Trevor went above and beyond. It was so easy to contact Sheldon to set up our 10 hour service appointment for our Yamaha 210FSH. Everything went exactly as explained and all of the guys were knowledgeable and friendly from start to finish. We definitely recommend them and appreciate their honest customer service.

TL;DR - I was very happy with how I was treated.

I bought some parts for my Seadoo Switch, and was hoping to get the work done under warranty. But I was planning everything around my vacation to PCB (I’m from Alabama), and the logistics didn’t work out (aka the wife called an audible).

I was all over the place with these guys on the phone, I never got to pick up the parts, and I called back at the end of my vacation to see if they could ship the parts to my house.

Through all of my disorganization and lots of questions, these guys were patient and even cheerful and friendly.

Would gladly do business with them again.
