The UPS Store

I have never had a bad experience coming to this Durham location. The people I’ve worked with are chill, funny, kind and especially hard working! Even when it’s a line out the door it doesn’t take long because the people behind the counter are efficient and do an excellent job.

I’m so grateful for a local UPS who has a wonderful staff that make a tedious chore quick, easy and pleasant.

It’s a gift when people are kind and hard working and this UPS store team is!!

Great customer service, awful parking lot:
No matter how busy this store is I always get friendly help and they try to get me in and out as fast as possible. The worst part of probably has nothing to do with UPS, rather the owner of the property. The parking lot is an atrocity, moon crater potholes and blind spots galore.

The staff at this location are really nice, funny and helpful which is hard to come across these days! I hate mailing things but they make the experience 5x better with their positivity!

Folks here are friendly, my questions are always answered, and the experience has always been pleasant. It gets my job done. I live nearby and been going to this location quite often for the last 3 years.

Gus was absolutely phenomenal at this location. He delivered some truly exceptional customer service. He was patient, friendly, polite, knowledgeable and efficient.

I have used this shop for 5 years for both personal and business related shipments. It's a small shop, they are often busy at lunch and around holidays, lines can be out the door. They are always willing to suggest alternative mailing options to reduce delivery time or reduce cost.

I am a small business owner and I ship a large amount of packages weekly. Every single one of the staff members are helpful and will go over the top to assist in whatever you need. This is the best UPS store in the area.

I love this store for all my shipping and packaging needs. One employee in particular named Charlie helped me return cable equipment and ensured it would be shipped and done correctly in a matter of minutes! He was very friendly and always a quick and easy service when I visit the store.

Probably the best UPS store I’ve been to. So far I’ve only returned Amazon products at the store so I can’t speak of other services. I like some other stores which are only open until 6 PM or so, this store opens till 7:30 on weekdays which is very convenient for someone who wants to send or return some thing after work. The staff are also very kind.

I have done business with the folks at this UPS Store location for many years. Ivan and his team are solid, down-to-earth people I would be pleased to have as my neighbors. They have consistently treated me with kindness and generosity. Any difficulties I might have had with the service could be tracked directly back to business decisions made by The UPS Store franchise. To those who have complained about terrible service, I would suggest that you consider your own behavior on that occasion. The staff has to cope with selfish and rude individuals routinely, despite their best efforts to provide folks with the services they need while being both safe under North Carolina's COVID protection guidelines and efficient given the demand they experience as an Amazon return service. The customer ISN'T always right. Look to yourself before you throw a tantrum about the level of service you receive from anyone.

Chose this location for convenience but wanted to review because of the personal service! Charlie Goodman was friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. We ended up hanging around and waiting for another party to meet us to have something notarized and watched Charlie interact with many customers during that time. Professional, friendly, and handled multiple customers simultaneously and no one had to wait. Customers were greeted as soon as they stepped through the door and we’re instantly asked what their visit was for. Customers were instantly validated and their needs acknowledged.

I have gone here a few times and never had an issue. The more complicated the shipping the longer the time you wait. They always seem to have more than one person working which prevents log jams. I dont ship a ton but the location and staff makes it painless when I do.

Everyone at this location has offered excellent customer service ever since I have interacted with them. I have utilized them for notary services, my mailbox and other postal needs. Thank you for always giving me service with a smile!

Charlie provided me and everyone there with excellent customer service. It was closing time and customers were still coming in, there was a long line and there were customers in need of personal assistance including me and he still showed the same professionalism to every customer. The other employee working the register was also very fast and dedicated time to each customer.

Staff were friendly and took care of my needs. I had to wait, but they helped me with an online print job I had put it less than an hour before. You may have to be patient, but they are nice and I got what I needed. It's tough for everyone right now, and I just appreciate the UPS store being open right now.
