My glasses broke I called my eye Dr but it would be 3 weeks and another 3 weeks for glasses and they are very $$$ I called bay vision they got me in the next day. I came for my eyes not to make friends. The doctor took time with me and he gave me more advice in my eyes then my other eye Dr. I like 1 doctor not so many that you never know.
I ordered designer frames ( never before ) and lens that change color in the sun. I got my glasses 8 days later ! Not 3 weeks. They are wonderful. The staff spent time with me to make sure they fit gave me advice on how to care for them. The total cost I was surprised I saved 200.00 ! This is a great eye care. They are my new eye doctor for sure. Il!! They are 10 stars !

So after not being able to get an appointment anywhere for months out I got one for 2 days later at this office. THEN, I read the reviews. I almost cancelled because of them but really needed to get it. So I went anyway. Yes the office is tiny and cluttered, but so is my house sometimes. The receptionist was really nice on the phone and when I got there as well. I saw the doctor extremely fast after paperwork was done BEFORE my appointment time. I could see where the doctor may come off a bit abrasive but maybe that's just his personality or the fact that he has been doing eye exams his entire adult life. My exam was done quickly and efficiently. I had a few silly questions and he answered without hesitation and sent me on my way. He asked me questions during the exam I've never been asked and I found that an extremely important part of the vision process. Then I spent forever trying on every pair of frames in the building as the other lady patiently waited for me and even gave me her opinion and recommendations only to eventually give up and ask for a prescription. That would probably be enough to send me thru the roof had I worked there. Not once did anyone get impatient or frustrated with me. I'm glad that I didn't cancel my appointment because it went just as well as any of the other exams I've had. And the doctor didnt force dilation on me which was great. I will definitely be coming back here for my future vision needs. No one asked or paid me to write this review I just know that all too often we review the horrible experiences and never the good ones so I thought I should. Good job guys and I hope you turn your google ratings around.

I found the staff of the office to be responsive to my needs. They were professional in all aspects of my exam and I felt that the doctor took more time than most to perform the exam and do all the testing that was needed. I have recommended them to several people and they have all been happy with the service. The only thing that I can think of that some might have issue with is the waiting area is small but there is room to walk around and look at the glasses while waiting. Speaking of waiting there is not a long wait time like I have had in other places like Sears and Wal-Mart I was seen within 10-15 minutes of my appointment time. The later hours are also something I like so that I don't have to take off work early to be seen. The office is conveniently located and it was easy to park and get in and out.

Doctor has a whole life experience of helping people. My daughter is on the computer alot as most students are taking home school. I was concerned about her eyes. The doctor was able to provide something that will put less strain on the eyes. Thankyou because now when she is older she may not need glasses.

I called and got a same day appointment scheduled (due to a cancellation there was an open spot) and the service was friendly, quick and easy. I was in there for about 20 minutes total and I will relieve my glasses In about 3 weeks. Very satisfied

So friendly and really eager to help me! First visit in FL for my glasses, and they were so wonderful. Loved them and would recommend them for sure.

I went in with no appointment and picked up a new pair of glasses the same day it was nice and quick if you don’t have an appointment I recommend going on a Tuesday or Friday if not make an appointment.

The doctor and employees have always been very nice to me.I will be back

Okay, so I get where some of the negative reviews are coming from, but honestly, they kind of helped set my expectations. Overall, I was pretty happy with my visit. Yeah, the office looks a bit outdated, and sure, the optometrist dropped a few curse words here and there.

BUT, Dr. Bazarte knows his stuff. My eye exam was thorough, and I felt like he took the time to explain everything. Plus, I was able to get an appointment the same week I called them.

I also never once felt like he was trying to sell me a product at an unreasonable price. Instead, he price matched my contact lenses to Walmart pricing.

I didn't give it a perfect rating because, well, the office could definitely use a facelift. And maybe switching to digital records would help smooth things out regarding charting errors or ordering errors other experienced.

Despite all that, I had a decent experience. It's not perfect, but there's something kind of charming about the place.

After reading other reviews I didn't expect much but I broke my glasses and needed an exam. I called at 4:30pm and after letting them know my situation they scheduled an appointment 2 weeks out but let me know they may able to get me an exam next day. The next morning they called me a soon as they opened and let me know they were able to get me in. The customer service was excellent and Dr.Bazarte was polite but very work oriented (no small talk) which I preferred. Overall I don't understand why they have bad reviews the only reason they didn't get 5 stars is be because their eyeglass selection was limited and they didn't have the brand I wanted.

It is not a fancy office, but the staff is nice and helpful, and the doctor seems to know what he is doing.

They were great...i go in for a glaucona test....then we will see just how good they are.

I give them a 3 only because of the speed of service. The doc is short and abrupt, but efficient (my daughter didn’t like him). The receptionist is R.U.D.E. Rude on the phone, rude at the exam, rude when I took off work and drove across the county to pick up my kids prescription. I made a point to be sweet because I knew she was going to have an attitude. Lady if you don’t like people, find another profession! There’s no sense in making your patients feel unwanted and uncomfortable, like they’re somehow interrupting your day! All you’re doing is sitting there. Like what are you so busy doing that you snap at me for walking in the door?
I just started using them, because the eye center we were using takes months to get an apt. For that reason, I’ll bite my tongue for now and go back. But I’m currently looking for another option, because next time I’m probably going to tell you about yourself.

Well, as all the other reviews have shown the doctor is a bit of a curmudgeon. He did kinda yell at me about my poor contact lense etiquette at home. But, to be fair these are my EYES lol he had a point. Theyre a medical device and i wouldn't abuse any other medical device like that. The staff was a little unpleasant. They seem short staffed and aggravated with their life choices, the only redeeming staff member was a younger woman who was kind and patient and fitted me for my glasses.

Honestly, he is a d¡ck but i got an appt immediately, i got what i needed and im used to grumpier old men so, i would likely go back should the need arise and i couldnt get an appt anywhere else.

Theyre not really there to make friends, theyre there to help you see and that is definitely *all* they are about. In a pinch tho, it'll do.
