Had a miscommunication. Issue resolved and got our clothes when needed. Happy camper. Will continue using their services without hesitation just as we have for years.

The employees are always great people and the turn-around is always excellent. They have even helped revive older hats and jerseys that never left the closet.

Super great staff and outstanding quality.

I dropped off a short formal dress to be cleaned. I asked how much it would cost and was quoted $9-$10. I did have them mark 2 small spots to try to remove as well. I picked up the dress and my total was $19. The dress looked great, but the price just seemed high to me.

In by 9, out by 5:30 turnaround time.

First I do not write this review as a retaliatory post, only to inform new customers of the mishap I experienced.

I've had my clothes dry cleaned here for about 6 months everything was fine until recently, one of my designer sweaters never returned from being dry cleaned. Now I normally spend about $30 - $70 weekly here, as I run a business and require my clothes professionally cleaned often.

Upon voicing my concern with the morning staff member, I was told that the company would check their location for the sweater. (I wasn't too hopeful it would be found) and sure enough a few days later when I went to retrieve another order I placed, I was told nothing at the warehouse was found.

Now in the past I had been told by staff that my clothes had become "lost" before so this really led to my skepticism that my sweater would be found. Also this led to me holding the belief even more that their service lost my clothing.

I never received a phone call to discuss what the sweater looked like to help identify it, nor did I receive a follow up call to notify me nothing was found, or even a solution to make the situation right as a loyal reoccurring customer. I go to this plaza because it's in the neighborhood and wanting to support local business.

For 2024 I'm seeking out a better establishment. This place is decent and the staff are friendly, as I had no problem tipping the morning employee for their help at times. (Marry is outstanding)

However, my business is worth taking else where and I do not wish to be contacted about this incident nor future business.

Small place. Went to pick my clothes up saterday afternoon an if you know Saginaw I got held up by the train. Showed up there at 2:02 was walking to the door. Was 3 steps away a little old lady looked me in the eye an said
(SORRY WE ARE CLOSED ) An locked the door.

If I could take away the 1 star I would. Called to get a single pencil Stain out of a jersey and they said they could definately steam it out. I dropped it off 2 days ago. Went in to pick it up today and not only was the stain still there, there is another stain and they also stapled a tag to the jersey! This is a $230 Rangers Gold series jersey! When I asked why the stain was still there and if she steam focused it, she Said " I did what you asked and dry cleaned it". Same lady that we spoke to when we dropped off with specifics on spot steam on the one stain! Still was asked to pay. If you want professional, quality cleaning I suggest you take your valued items elswhere.

Brought my husbands white dress shirt in to be cleaned. I asked to have a stain on the front of the shirt treated. It came back with additional stains on the outside sleeve. When I pointed it out they sent it back and it came back the same. They said they would talk with the owner about it but never got back with me. I honestly forgot about it being there. I get a call 4 months later to remind me to pick it up. I apologized that I forgot about it but asked what was done about the stain and nothing had been done and was told it had been so long there was nothing they could do. Mary was quite snarky with me. I told her the stain was not there when I dropped it off and regardless of how long they had the shirt that did not change the facts. Aggressively she said she would reach out to the owner and get right back with me. I waited a week and finally called back to check on what she found out and again rudely said we are not going to do anything. Talking over me rudely said I could come pick up the shirt and hung up. I’ve never been rude or unkind in my conversations only asked that they do what was right and either get the stain out and if they were not able then replace it. Mary said the employee who was helping me was no longer there so she could not say if it was or was not there before. Call me naive but such horrible customer service. One not expensive shirt and you don’t care that you lose all of my business. Maybe there have been others who have taken advantage idk. Smh

Been coming here over 8 years with zero complaints. Dry cleaning bag had a rip in it. Noticed damage to a pair of dress pants. Had three dime size marks where something had consistently rubbed against them. Looked like burn marks. Owner (Sunny?) offered to reimburse me my dry-cleaning charge. But would not pay for new pants. The pants are ruined. This location does not do dry-cleaning onsite. Everything gets sent out. I guess that's how they get away without taking responsibility for damage?! After being a long time customer I will have to take my weekly dry cleaning to a more responsible cleaners.

Nasty rude owner! They messed up on my cousin's dress shirts and when we called the owner was rude. The owner hung up in our faces and claiming not to pay!!!!! Please, do not go here!
