We went in to look at a living room set I had seen online. I was immediately impressed with the quality and feel. The employee that helped us, Brad, was so helpful and knowledgeable. We appreciated his honesty and straightforward approach when we asked about similar sets.

Checking out and setting up delivery was smooth and quick. I think we spent less than an hour in the store total.

Jake “from State Farm” was amazing. I just wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation for the excellent customer service I received. It's refreshing to encounter such top-notch service, and it truly made my day. Thank you for going above and beyond to assist me. Best experience! He helped everyone in my family and made sure we were going to be happy with each selection. He was patient and understanding. Definitely will be going back!

I had the best experience with Helen. She was friendly and took her time to show me many options online and in store. She truly wanted to find exactly what I needed. She was patient and very informative. She did her best to help me with everything, she even helped me with a previous purchase. She was amazing and truly loves her job. Best shopping experience ever. I am so happy with my new Cindy Crawford sectional.

We had a great experience with Jake! The first thing he asked us was how we wanted him to interact with us, like a sliding scale of "how much sales guy do you need?" He was super helpful and supportive without being pushy. We were able to find just the right living room set and Jake made sure we were happy.

We found just what we were looking for. Our sales person Brad was great to work with. Highly recommend.

Our experience at Rooms to Go was fantastic! We’d never heard of the store before, but after frustrating experiences at 3 nearby furniture stores, we found Rooms to Go and decided to give it a chance. I described what we were looking for and our friendly sales associate Emoni immediately took us to our dream sofa! She truly listened and was very knowledgeable about current trends and the store’s offerings. We appreciated her help and are excited for our sofa to be delivered soon. We’ll definitely return for future furniture purchases.

My Salesman (Jay Brooks) was GREAT! He was extremely nice, friendly & very helpful, but I never felt pressured. There was an initial problem when I had made my purchase, but Jay worked with the back office, who worked with Corporate to get it corrected. I told Jay he could go help other customers, but he said “You’re my main concern right now and I want to make sure we get you taken care of first!” If only ALL Salespeople were like Jay! He provided me with excellent customer service! I’m now a Rooms-To-Go customer for life!

Brad porter did an amazing job! He was very helpful and did a great job walking us through the sale process. Plus he was patient as we looked at what were needing to purchase.
And his assistant Jacob was very helpful!!

I first went to this rooms to go in 2022 when I first moved out and Helen was so much help and we went back yesterday looking for a new living room set and luckily Helen helped us again! She’s so amazing and it truly looks like she loves what she does. She goes above and beyond for her clients. I definitely recommend her.

This location was awesome. Casey Wallace greeted us as soon as we walked through the door. She said it was her first day and you would have never been able to tell. She was knowledgeable about the products, and was never pushy to try and sell us something we didn't want or need. From beginning to end she took very good care of us, and we could not have had a better experience anywhere else. If you need furniture go see Casey. She will get you taken care of. No doubt. I highly recommend her and this Rooms To Go location. I will update when furniture is delivered. Update: The furniture arrived and we couldn't be more happy. Our living room is so comfortable, and looks fantastic.

Brad and Nelson are the best. This has been by far the best customer experience I ever had while buying in general. Brad helped me check every option until I feel that I was ready to make the right choice for my house.

Jay Brooks was very helpful let us shop around till we found what we wanted. Then when had a problem he toke real good care of us and made very easy to do. Thanks again for great job.

We were immediately greeted by Amy. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. She gave us the option to look around by ourselves and she would check on us or she could tag along. We were looking for a specific size sectional so it was better to have her show us what was available in that size. We are very happy with our choice and how easy and pleasant the experience was.
