This place never fails to amaze me! This At Home has friendly and helpful staff. The shelves are fully stocked even on Christmas eve! A plethora of pillows, pictures frames, pet stuff, home furnishings & furniture, outdoor furniture, planters, candles, rugs, miscellaneous items, as seen on TV, nic-nacks, etc. Beautifully decorated staged room mock-ups. Very clean male restroom even during Christmas-eve. Impressed!

Great place to shop for carpets. Wide selection to choose from. Carpets one can actually see and feel. We bought two area rugs at terrific price. Highly recommended!

Went for the first time last week. I didn’t realize it was like the old Garden Ridge I loved. The sweet ladies at the register were very friendly & helpful. I will be back!

Oh my God I am so happy with this place I've got tons of pictures they have a 75% sale going on and I am so in love my house and beauty Room look amazing. The store is so clean and organized and it is so easy to find items in the store. The staff is so helpful and so sweet you have to check this place out.

First timer here! Very huge store with just about everything you need or want to decorate your home. Prices are a bit too high on certain things and help was scarce, but overall worth it!

Great variety of rugs and the assistant in the rug department was a great support as well, even though she was very busy with organizing her area.

It has a lot of different products and things to you get to decorate your home with. Giant mirrors, bookshelves, cookware, rugs, and much more!

It's halloween time and they have some of the best stuff.

Today Patty went above and beyond customer service. I am one who cannot wear a mask because they make it extremely difficult for me to breathe. I have needed to exchange a barstool for a while but with the mandatory mask in place I haven’t been able to. Today I was going to be in the area and felt led to bring the barstool that needed to be replaced. I called first before I headed that way and first encountered Patty. She was working at the front of the store when she took my call. While the computer said there were none in stock she walked all the way to the back of the store to see with her own eyes. She found two! She brought one up and then when I got there had me call her. I had my email receipt to verify my purchase and made the swap! And I never had to put on a mask! I cannot even begin to say how thankful I am for her help and kindness! We even had a sweet conversation about what it means to minister and help others I would give Patty 10 stars for being the kind of person who recognizes there is joy in serving people with a happy heart! This place is my jam! Definitely need to go into this store on a mission or it’s easy to get side tracked.

I was looking for a matching bread plates. I bought the dinnerware from this store so I thought I could find it there. I couldn’t. The young lady cashier, Christina, looked on her phone and said there should be 6 back on the shelf. She took me back and helped me find it. It may seemed like a small thing but she took her time helping me out and I truly believe that.

I had the most wonderful shopping experience ever at the store.

She has some of the most wonderful ideas, and she had a great eye.
As far as you know, matching my shades she had good advice and just let me know something didn’t matter if it was too big or too small, which I’d greatly appreciated her honesty.

For things she didn’t know she was willing to learn as we learned together.

This is actually becoming my store of choice mainly because of her.

At my age, you cannot find Customer Service like you use to.
but as soon as I asked her for help, she dropped everything she was doing and she started helping me and she was with me for a hot minute, so I hope she didn’t get in trouble for that.

She was honest with me if I liked some thing and she didn’t feel like it matched what I envisioned and I respect that.

what a massive store... seriously wild. plenty of selections on products, friendly and helpful staff would be an understatement. recommend if you're looking to update your home.

They have the best Christmas decorations ever..

I enjoy shopping there but I also know nothing is made in America and some items are adequate very cheaply, so I shop with caution. The store is usually short staffed but the ilses are organized. Just plan to a while in check out.
