Sonic Drive-In

I ordered a Oreo cheesecake master shake and mine was a milky texture I called and talked to the manager and he remade it for me no problem. This is by far the best sonic I have been to so far. My son got the mini chocolate shake it was a little milky but it's okay to him it's chocolate milk 😂 my husband ordered the Oreo blast and he loves it

Like Sonic's menu. Breakfast sandwiches great. French fries good. Route 44 lime-ades are very good.

It’s sonic. Nothing special but it was good….try a grilled cheese with extra cheese and onions. Oh my goodness it changed my life.

I got a corn dog. Simple easy. It was so good I wished I had ordered two. The breading didn't need a chisel. It was soft but crunchy too. The hot dog was tender and not like a slim Jim. Way to go sonic! Now wave those corn dog instructions down to boat club rd sonic!!!

Just bought ice-cream for my grandkids they loved it!!

This is one of the better sonics I have been too. They have never messes up my order here and I have not expierence any car hops yelling into the microphone when taking orders like so many other Sonics locations.

Extremely fast good service! I like this Sonic because they have a drive thru. The food was amazing,Hot Fresh & Delicious !Had a Special order that didn’t take forever!

I wrote this on yelp but wanted to share here too:
The wait time is extremely long because of the store being short staffed and having mostly new staff. However, im still really happy with my visit here. We waited at the stall for a while but eventually got an explanation as to what was going on inside and were told to go to drive thru. I got to the drive thru window and dropped my card in the window slot of my car, all the way down the door (stupid, i know), right in front of the employee. Nick was really cool about it and since my order was already ready to go, he paid for it so I could still get my food and drink. Ill return later to pay him back for it and give him a large tip as well.
All in all, it sucks having to wait so long but I can understand why when they only have a few people working back there. The customer service is exceptional given the circumstances.

Robert, is the best employee this place has and goes above and beyond. Called my order back when taking my order, called it back to me again whenever bringing it to my car and then asked me if there’s anything else he could do for me. Now that is good customer service and an employee who takes pride in their work no matter where they’re working. Everybody wants a tip, with doing very little work. You want a good tip? Take pride in your work like Mr. Robert.

I just go through the Drive thru to pick up a bag of ice. The Sonic nearest my house, on Boat Club, won't sell me a bag of ice so I have to go all the way to Saginaw for it. My wife has a medical condition & she prefers soft ice from Sonic.

Customer service is pretty good and I was impressed since they were packed and they were still able to get out our food and a pretty short amount of time. I could tell that some of the staff were new but they were still on their game. FYI there happy hour does not include any milkshakes but if they did they could probably increase their business even more.

This is my go to for an evening snack (blast). Here lately my experiences have been nothing short of wonderful as I go through the drive through. I will typically order the same thing and as always it is right. The team lead (Angel) is the prime example of perfect customer service. The way he takes orders, handles the window experience and always signs off with "have a bless night" is perfection to ears after a long day. I hope I'm not the only one to give him kudos for his work ethic. Sonic corporation needs to follow him around and apply his abilities to others! Thanks again Angel and you sir, have a bless night!

Food and drinks are always good here! Service is also usually polite and friendly. Today I tried placing my order but kept having to repeat bc the overhead music was so loud and then the kiosk was broken so I couldn't pay and the waitress took my payment. She took a long while before returning with my debit card with the excuse that the computer system decided to update. So, while today was wonky, I still give it a 5 star rating 🤷‍♀

I love sonic. Staff is always very friendly and fast with your orders. The greatest wait I can think of from all of my visits is probably 5 minutes for 4 people. The food is also amazing. They even offer fairly healthy meals.

Consistently great service, we make multiple alterations when we order (no onions on one burger, only pickles on another, well done tots for some, stuff like that) and it is always correct. As a mom of opinionated eaters, I really appreciate the solid service!

The entire experience was nice. We ordered on the app (which got us a discounted burger), service was quick, food was excellent. The employee who brought our food was kind and sharp. This is a good location.

this particular Sonic was very nice. everybody was very friendly and I got the broccoli cheddar tots and they were okay My husband thought they were great though

We order practically the same drinks every day, and the staff know us and welcome us like family. We go out of our way to go to this Sonic, and just love that they get my mom's super-packed ice just the way she likes it (domed over the top so the lid can't really stay on and straw can't really stick in--the perfect amount, lol)!

I love going to the Sonic in Saginaw! I'm always greeted quickly, with a kind voice taking my order. The carhops have the friendliest personality, too. I've gone to other Sonics in the DFW area, but the Saginaw Sonic is my favorite one. Whatever they're doing to deliver great customer service; keep it up!
