Randy is awesome! He is kind and patient and engages my dad in humorous conversations. The product is great, the service is even better.

I took my husband to have his ears checked bc was hearing less and less! He already had hearing aids which he refused to wear on a daily basis. After his hearing test he tried the new smaller in ear hearing aids and committed to wearing them😊 Randy, the owner, was so kind, gentle and thorough explaining every detail to us.I am so happy we got the Beltone flyer in the mail! I’m looking forward to my husbands better hearing and less frustration for me trying to communicate…..

Not only did Randy solve the problem of my app not connecting to my hearing aids, but he also took the time to adjust the sound levels on my universal setting as well as replacing the earbuds. I have found him to always be thorough and helpful whenever I have an appointment with him.

Just had a surprisingly great service experience by Randy Holyfield, who rebooted my Hear.com supplied hearing aids, supplied in South Africa, and also replaced the earbuds and filters, all for free and without appointment, inbetween his scheduled patients ! Now my volume adjustment via phone app is working again ! An absolute Gentleman and very knowledgeable professional, thank you Randy !

Excellent knew what he was doing and know exactly how he wanted to do it float from process to process flawlessly explained every movement everything he was doing and the results show it I've only had him a day and I'm perfectly happy I know we'll need to tweak him a little bit but I don't see how much we can make him any better
