Vatos Tacos + Tequila at The Foundry

There was some trash around on a few tables near us that was never cleared throughout our entire stay. The food was delicious and didn't take too long. It was an easy walk from the parking structure. I ended up getting a couple of tacos. Would definitely eat there before or after watching a movie at the theater next door.

Great/fun location for patio dining. Staff is friendly and provides great service. Street tacos are very small for the price (so not a good value) but all the ones we have tried have been very tasty with fresh ingredients. The burritos are large and a better value. Quesadilla was large but mostly cheese. Enchiladas were great. Small draft beer selection.

I had the smothered carne asada burrito along with avocado and sour cream. It was very delicious and big. I was full halfway through the burrito but because it was so tasty I was unable to stop eating it.They serve alcohol at this spot. I just didn't have the chance to try any. I will definitely have to try their varieties of tequila. I definitely recommend this spot. Quite authentic Mexican food in a very trendy and hip location. I will definitely have to comeback to this location and try not only their breakfast burrito but their street tacos as well.

This place is super Delicious! I didn't know it was in downtown loveland. We went there for our first time and the girl at the register was extremely nice and helpful. She explained how the menu works and the deals they have. We ordered tacos and Nachos with drinks. This place is so good. We will definitely be coming back!

Literally eating tacos as I type this…Vatos is one of my favorite places to eat in Loveland, I order takeout at LEAST once a week. The staff is always upbeat and friendly, and the food is good and consistent. I’m moving to Oregon in a few months and I am definitely going to miss this place.

The street tacos were excellent, service was nothing short of outstanding, and the symposium very chill and relaxed. My wife and I highly recommend. .

We were so happy with our dinner which consisted of 4 street tacos each plus a dessert. My favorite was the shrimp and my son’s favorite was the fried avocado. I found the jackfruit to be super spicy and I love spice so I’m not sure if it was just that particular batch or if it’s usually really spicy. Everything her delicious flavor. Four was the perfect amount for dinner. He had a churro and I got the Tres leches soft serve ice cream which was delicious. Fun place to people watch on the patio!

Me and my family started going here frequently last year, and never have I had a bad experience, even on DoorDash which is a rare occurrence. The people in there are always so nice and are very patient with my elderly father. I 100% recommend

Whether you are looking to take the family out, date night, or just wanting some delicious food try this place next time you go out… you will not be disappointed. The first place we ate while in Loveland and the best. Their street tacos were authentic and delicious. We also had the queso dip and chips which was also excellent. The margaritas were the real deal, perfectly balanced. And we had churros dipped in chocolate for dessert. The staff from friendly (and beautiful), and the atmosphere was great, with both indoor and outdoor seating options (we chose a booth indoors). We'll definitely return.

Family loves your food! I do have one suggestion, it actually might increase sales. Have the bag of chips and disposable salsa at front where you are taking orders. When a customer orders you get it with the cup for your drink. It take a while to get food and this helps with the wait when you have hungry kids. I didn't order it last time, because I wanted it before the meal.

Absolutely delicious! Came here to celebrate my birthday! I had their new brisket taco and birria taco!! SO GOOD!! I had to order another brisket taco because is was PERFECT.

Queso was just what I wanted. The chips are flaky and incredible.

Also had their classic margarita which was delicious and very well made. Definitely will be back next time we're in town.

Great atmosphere at Vatos! I Like the patio! Easy to seat large crowds,Delicious Breakfast for take out , eat in street taco',s, queso and salsa! Great quality drinks high end product 's ,craft Lager very good! Good customer service!

Look, imma be real. I had 2 weeks in Loveland and hit this place the second night upon arrival. Didn’t have many expectations, but holy frijoles did this place surprise me. I’ve been back several times since arriving and while I have thoroughly enjoyed my basic b*tch frozen margaritas, the food was incredible. The carne asada quesadillas were a fan favorite, but I’ll say I had a hard time picking my fav taco. Tried the birria, barbacoa, carne asada, fish, and coconut shrimp - and I can’t even narrow it to my favorite. Perfect size, perfect flavor, perfect happy belly. Good job, Vatos! You made our taco tour of CO a memorable one.

The Place Was Very Comfortable, Prices Were Very Reasonable, The Girl That Took Our Order Was Kind And Had Paitionts With Us When Ordering Food Was From Time We Orderd Didnt Take 10min. It Was Out. We Orderd The 4 Taco's With Carnitas, 1 Small Soda For The Kid, 1 Lrg. Soda For Wifey, I Had 2 16oz Beers And A Fatty Burrito, We All Were Content, It Wasn't Loud Peeps Were All Chilling, Very Clean Place, Can't Wait To Get Back Thier, I Totally Missed The Mexican Larger By Prost. Has A Awsum Taste Would Have Gone Great With That Fatty Burrito I Had, Never The Less We Will Be Back. Thanks For A Nice Place To Go And Chill And Is Kid Area Friendly. The Arredondo's.

We love this place! From tacos to drinks to dessert and all around service from the crew this place, hands down, is amazing! Thank you Ethan, Jessi, Fiona and crew for always showing up with the best customer service ( a lost art) and always delicious food!

On a busy Friday night, it is refreshing to have Fiona, Jessie (sp?), and Ethan start the weekend off right with excellent customer service and even better food and drinks!! This is one of our FAVORITE places to come to!!!! The Macho margarita is the best!!!

Tried Vatos for the first time. We came in on a weekday morning about 8:30 am. We were the only ones there which was perfect. We ordered two Chorizo breakfast burritos. Food came very quickly. They were a decent size a very flavorful. Didn't even need the hot sauce but tried it with some as well. Hot sauce was too watery to be able to pour onto the burrito but it you dip the burrito the contents falls out. But like I said, plenty spicy without the sauce. Would probably order two next time though! Looking forward to coming back for dinner some time.

Highly recommend the pork and fish taco. They are bursting with flavor! Better than any local Mexican restaurant tacos. The Vato margaritas are flavorful, strong, and are completely worth the money. Don’t let the size of the cup fool you on the quality.

Staff was very friendly and very responsive to any needs. Felt safe to visit during this COVID situation because of the sanitation measures that are taken to keep even the patio free of germs.

Can not wait to visit again.
