I’ve gone in to the office twice so far after recently moving to Charlottesville from NH having used a HearingLife office in NH for several years. The staff in Charlottesville has been extremely helpful and, importantly, kind as can be!

This was my return visit for a follow-up since pre- Covid. Johnathan was most congenial and thorough in his explanation of his findings, comparing the results to my previous examination. I highly recommend this practice, for a comfortable and highly informative experience.

This place is great place and nice staff. I never knew they had a place like this out here. They helped learn some stuff I didn't know. Speaking to someone growing up in a hearing impaired family knows how it feels it's nice having that because most people don't know. Thank you again.

Great Audiologist Jonathan Jennings to work with. Very professional and spent appropriate amount of time to assure getting the right devices but then follow up to assure all was going well.

A very neat and clean elephant. I came unannounced during lunch. They let me come in and wait for the doctor and he saw me immediately. As a new patient coming from another state. I would highly recommend this place. They are so nice.

This facility is amazing. They helped my husband David through the insurance details and basically went above and beyond. Kind, courteous and patient professionals here. Brittany and the rest of the staff are the best! You all deserve an A+++

It was a great visit and we both learned a lot about hearing aids.
But we feel that we will have to go back to Miracle Ear, for convenience.
When Hearing Life moved out of Farmville, and the nearest is South Boston or Charlottesville for us.
Miracle Ear is all over Richmond and Alaska, where we spend a lot of time. We live in Amelia, close to Richmond and Farmville.
We were told you are all over the country, which is not true.
Sorry but thank you for your great service for the last few years.

He was very knowledgeable and helped me to hear the best ever since started wearing hearing aids. He has a very pleasing personality and made me feel like he was not just pushing me through. I was so pleased with him that I called my sister and told her she needed an appointment with him. She was seen today and was very pleased also.

I made an appointment for both my husband and I. I noticed his hearing loss was getting bad. I kept getting a loud "WHAT" when I asked him a question. I was like a kid in the candy store when I got to sit beside the Dr.Chandra Waddy. She showed us both things we had never realized about our ears. She was constantly asking us if anything bothered us during the test,no it didn't. We were amazed when she went out if the room to see what we could hear far away. Wow, both of us smiled at how each other could hear with such clarity ! Yes it was a bit more than I expected cost wise but your hearing affects your smile,your well being. They have payment plans to help you with your budget.
Our help in this field with Chandra and her Office Personnel is so wonderfully successful.

Charlottesville Hearing Life had not been the same since Jason Kim left. My experience of meeting and work with the new Hearing Instrument Specialist, Elijah Tozar, left me impressed with his thoroughness and passion for what he does and hoping Elijah will remain in the Charlottesville office for the long term.
