Outstanding service!! Kreela and Chris are amazing! From the first point of contact until the last, Chris was so helpful and kind! We are so grateful for Kreela and her knowledge and willingness to help in a very hard situation. She kept us posted throughout the entire process and really took her time to make sure we understood what was going on. She was our hero in this situation! QuickFix is an excellent full service IT provider. They helped us update server equipment, reset our network, and were a big help with wireless and cellular capabilities we needed to deploy. I have no hesitation in recommending QuickFix to other businesses who need cost effective IT services and monitoring. These guys get it and they understand customer service as well.

My whole family has been using QuickFix for years – apparently I’ve never left a review before, which is a tragedy, so let me remedy that now.

QuickFix is a lifesaver. I’ve been helped by several of the staff members over the years, and they are all highly competent and do incredible, high-quality work. They are:

* Extremely effective! In just the last year they’ve helped me resolve a wide variety of problems, including: my computer randomly shutting down; audio/visual troubles; programs suddenly disappearing without my knowledge or consent; and device synchronization problems. And this just covers the times where I’ve contacted them about an issue that suddenly popped up – they also do a ton of preventative and early-intervention work behind the scenes.
* Professional and courteous. Technology can be pretty stressful, particularly when a problem develops out of nowhere and you don’t know if it can be fixed or not. Their friendly, professional manner always helps put me at ease, and makes me feel more relaxed about the problem.
* Quick. The staff members respond promptly to calls and emails, and they are able to complete many jobs on the same day that you contact them.

I honestly can’t recommend QuickFix enough. A+++ work.

I have used Kreela at QuickFix for a couple of years when in need of resuscitation of an ailing computer. She is wonderful to work with and quick to get back to you. I totally trust her recommendations (good or bad) when needed and because I am not tech savvy I appreciate her patience and tutorage as well.

As someone who is very efficient in using technology, making the right choices about what to buy when it comes to technology is overwhelming! I spent the better part of 2 weeks trying to figure out what laptop to buy, as mine finally died after almost 11 great years. I gave up and decided to call QuickFix. I needed to get into my computer, stat and knew they could help. I had the pleasure of working with Kreela. Within 10 minutes of our first conversation, she asked me a series of questions, and advised I should purchase a new computer rather than spend money trying to revive my dying one - and sent me 2 links to computers that were on the shelf at our local Best Buy. And they were about $800 less than what I was looking at online myself!!! I clicked on the link for the Dell that she recommended, and within minutes, purchased it (and added MS Office, which was on sale, per her reminder...I would have forgotten!). We picked up the new computer at Best Buy and dropped it off to Kreela at QuickFix. Within just a couple of hours, she had transferred all of my data from the old laptop to the new laptop, ran all the updates, reduced suggestions and advertising, set up Chrome and synced bookmarks and passwords, set up Edge and Office, added an ad-blocker, and recommended a 2-factor authentication to add an extra layer of security. She also counseled me on online credit card usage, and made recommendations to increase security. WOW! I was extremely impressed and very happy with the service I received, which prompted me to call my mother-in-law and tell her she needs to start calling QuickFix instead of any of the other service providers she's used in the past. Thanks QuickFix, and Kreela, for an excellent experience!

I can't say enough about how good the service is at QuickFix . Not just because it's fast, efficient and reasonably priced, but because the staff is so personable. I have absolute confidence in them, Kreela in particular, who has solved a number of computer issues for me. I'm not a tech whiz, but I'
m never made to feel ignorant. They're happy to take the time to explain the problem.

As usual, it was a pleasure to receive the support of Quick Fix. I requested a consultation with Kreela via a home visit because of a problem I was having with scanning music files to my computer from my Hewlett Packard printer. She was able to stop by and solve my problem the same day I emailed Quick Fix about it. In addition to her skill in resolving this problem and others I have needed help with in the past, she is consistently pleasant and helpful. I enjoy her company and appreciate her skill and clarity. We also got into a discussion of one of the features of a new iPad of mine and she clearly demonstrated for me how to access and use it.

QuickFix is the best. I've used several tech services over the years and this one is hands-down the most effective and efficient. Special kudos to Brad Robbins whose knowledge of computers is cosmic. He doesn't give up until a problem is gone. He is calm and calming while he's working with a problem. All of those attributes are invaluable.

Quick Fix and Kreela were outstanding - same day service, easy to understand explanation about what needed to be fixed, and solutions to make sure I have everything backed up appropriately in the future. I've used them several times and they have always been very professional and solved my issues quickly.

I took a computer into QuickFix that just wouldn't connect to the internet.
It is used for both business and personal. Kreela is the computer tech who has worked on my computers several times over the years, so I was thrilled to know she was working on this one.

Kreela and everyone at QuickFix are great about keeping in touch with you regarding their findings and work they see needing done. But they are also awesome to let you know what they see that might require a slight change but make a big impact on how well the unit functions. Seriously, if it's already in for repair, to get it tuned up is gold! And they are always up front about cost.

This is my go to place for computer work. I've never had anything but the best experience with QuickFix and the staff there. They have my trust and thanks.

Kreela worked carefully through the functional issues with our Laptop and made a number of insightful suggestions. She cleaned up its operations, increased its speed, and eliminated malicious things that had somehow gotten into the machine.
We highly recommend her and QuickFix, which we have used for many years, and which manages to combine excellent knowledge and up-to-date techniques with a cheerful approach to problem solving, which makes a BIG difference when dealing with tech problems.

Chris Hewlett, my first contact person, was amiable and helpful.
My over all experience was informative and a learning process in a comfortable 'people' friendly environment. Information was related to me by tech support - Kreela Moore - in a manor that I - a non tech person - could readily understand. I was able to ask questions during the process of conversion of data and programs, software updates etc. from my old (dying) office computer to the new office computer. I am a happy customer. I would definitely recommend QUICKFIX again to anybody.
