They were open today ! Sometimes I have gone to the Longmont store and no one has opened the doors. Maybe call before you make the trip to this store. That is my only gripe.
They were very helpful today, we were able to get what we needed and replacement parts for our spa. The young man helping us was very knowledgeable even though he said he was somewhat new.

Of course picking out hot tub is a large investment you’ll have to take care of for many many years. And where do you start? How many jets, pumps, what layout, what’s the warranty look like, what maintenance is involved, etc etc, what extras like speakers, led lighting, etc should you get.

I spent weeks doing my research and just getting confused on what was important. I wanted to take a moment to praise Jesse at Aqua Spas for his professionalism and patience while dealing with me. From the get go Jesse was extremely knowledgeable and walked me through each step explaining things until All was properly understood. From pre purchase to after the sale follow ups and answering questions he’s my go to guy. He’s definitely the one to ask for.

Everyone I interacted with from Courtney in deliveries to the three awesome delivery guys who worked hard getting the tub to it’s final spot, even in the snow, it was perfect.

All in All I’ve had my Twilight 8.3 tub for a little over 2 months now and I couldn’t be happier! Well worth the wait. And I’ve be recommending Jesse and Aqua Spas to anyone I’ve come across.

The office was very helpful with accommodating our busy schedule to find a good delivery time. Dion and Duane delivered our new Twilight series exactly when they said they would and were very knowledgeable about it. They were patient while I directed them exactly where to put it (a little bit further back, now a little left, etc.) and walked us through the features and how to maintain the tub. The Twilight 8.2 has been great so far and our whole family has been enjoying it. We've had a very good experience and can't wait to enjoy our new hot tub more!

I recently purchased a hot tub from Aqua Spas and the experience has been great. First, the delivery guys were awesome. The tub is huge and I’m still not quite sure how they got it into place without damaging anything. They also took time after getting everything setup to show me how to properly work and maintain the tub. Second, I had a couple leaks the first few days and Kobi, one of their maintenance staff came out immediately and twice the day after Thanksgiving to fix the leaks. Kobi and all the delivery staff were helpful and courteous. Finally, the home office has called and confirmed times for both the delivery and service and all were on time. We are loving the hot tub and it’s working great. I would highly recommend.

We bought a hot tub from these guys a couple weeks ago. We had some issues with the original tub that may or may not have been due to the delivery. However, John in the Fort Collins office took great care of us and stood behind the purchase. We were very impressed with their customer service and they took good care of us. While there was an issue originally, they did the right thing and that is all you can ask for. It is also not too common these days.
We are very happy with our purchase.

We purchased a 7.2 twilight series Master spa from Aqua Spas with delivery on October 30th. We’ve been in almost 4 times per week since then. We stopped in today with a few questions and Sean in Longmont was extremely helpful and professional. I will keep coming back for my maintenance needs and advice.

I would also like to say thanks to the install team, Austin and his partner. They were friendly, very careful, and worked hard to get our spa into our back yard in the perfect spot while making sure I was all set up and had all of my questions answered.

Sean was a great asset to me today, I came in needing help diagnosing my tubs current state. Not only did he take the time to understand my tubs concern, he advised not spending extra money on filters and chemicals not needed.

My buy experience wasn't to great with Aqua Spas but the service team has been nothing but exceptional! From the girls that took my calls (even after I hung up on them once) to the top notch technician they sent out to do warranty service on my tub. Kobi was on top of it and fixed everything with no issues. He was very knowledgeable about all aspects of my tub. Thanks for the great service Kobi!
