This is my post office of choice whenever I need to visit one in person. I am closer to the Odessa office but vastly prefer the one in Oak Grove. The workers here are so nice and friendly and patient. They never make an issue of answering questions and always offer help. There are two ladies in particular who have always been so kind when I've come in with a problem or complicated shipment. But everyone I've interacted with has been great.

I don't think I've ever had any negative expirences here. I used to frequent Odessa but a few of the employees there were always rude. The first time I stopped at Oak Grove instead and the employee was so friendly and nice, I knew I wouldn't go back. It's been a year now, and if I need to go the the post office in person, I will go out of my way if I have to to go to this one.

The staff are always friendly and helpful even though they are incredibly overworked. At Christmastime was oneworker n duty with a long line out the door. She was taking phone calls, accepting deliverys and helping everyone quickly all with a smile on her face. Superwoman.

Several people including myself are not getting our mail. We live in Jakes Crossing. Some of us haven’t gotten our bills and had to pay late fees which I am not late until lately. Thank you

The staff is very friendly, however they have cut back their hours tremendously as all post offices have.

I keep getting other people's mail. Sometimes I am not receiving my bills which is extremely problematic.

When I leave wrongly addressed mail in the box with "ANK" and the flag up, it takes days for the carrier to finally pick them up.

Hours are difficult for working people. No automatic stamp machine to buy stamps or post a package outside of the extremely limited hours.

Sad that government agencies are so poorly managed.

You're lucky if they deliver your package. They'll even tell you that.

We are constantly getting other people's mail. There have been instances that important mail has gone missing and delivered over a month late. Scheduled package pickups at my home are NEVER picked up.

The hours make it very, very difficult to actually get into the post office to actually transact any business without taking time off from work.
Once you can get in the staff is friendly and helpful.

What is wrong with USPS. My pkg arrived from delaware Mail ed4/13/24,Arived in Odessa, Mo. on 4/19/4 where I live in 6 days, then went to Oak Grove, Mo.Then all the way to nEW Jersey, came back To Oak Grove then went back to Kansas City now for 3rd time,12 days and no end in site. Please investigate I'm 72 years old they are ping ponging my pkg all over and if gets broke some paying the $38 I saved out of my social security. Please, please help me get my package to me in Odessa, Mo at senior apartments. Iorder a lot through mail as no car and never experienced disorder like this.

I received four pieces of mail for a different address. Sent it back after advised to do so. Now I hope they got their mail since I have just received a late notice from the electric company, as well as a 25.00 dollar late fee for not paying a credit card bill. Which I pay my credit card bills in full every month. This is not acceptable to me and criminal in my mind. We pay post office employee's to get this right. If they don't care about their job go somewhere else, please. Please get good people that care and with integrity. Thank you

With that said, when I visit the post office to send letters or packages, everyone is very nice and helpful. I'm just not receiving my mail and it's costing me dearly. We need another option to receive our mail, or our carriersc need to get it together.

Our rural mail carrier seems to be the worst I have informed delivery on my phone that shows what mail will be delivered for the day and once again I did not receive it This has happened thseveral times to us. The post office says informed mail is not always correct and can be 3 days off I know this is not true So guess I will have to check with my neighbors to see if they have the letter I'm looking for It's really frustrating Can't trust them anymore Sad
