Indian River Bar and Grill

This place is a gem! The atmosphere and the shrimp tacos are out-of-this-world-good. The explosion of flavor is easily on my top best tacos list. My mom and son got the crab extremers appetizer and love it. My son ordered the fried shrimp platter and said it was the best he’s ever had. We all would highly recommend this chill spot!

Wonderful little out of the way place. Solid food with very good specials. Service is always good and they have two outside bars and an inside bar. Sets right on the river looking at the space center.

The Beach Restaurant offers a Mediterranean flair with a wonderful view of the water. The food is fresh, high quality and very tasty. Whether fresh oysters, juicy burgers, tachos, salad or sandwiches, everything is fresh and tasty. The varied selection of drinks including mixed drinks and the great service rounds off the visit. The chocolate cake is a must. We would love to come back.

Enjoyed lunch with my parents here this afternoon. My Dad and I tried the raw oysters and we found a pearl! They were fresh and fantastic. We then all ordered the fried fish special that came with two HUGE filets, coleslaw and hush puppies. The breading was super crispy and the oil used was fresh for frying. We used to come here when it was the previous establishment and the new owners have definitely stepped it up. They have a friendly chill vibe, I highly recommend and I look forward to coming to back!

Delicious grilled grouper sandwich special! I've had it twice now and it's been excellent both times! My husband gets his blackened and he really likes it too. The mango salad dressing is to die for & really good fries. Good wings too. Excellent service! All the waitresses are super friendly and give great service.

Stopped in here because another restaurant was closed.. what a great old Florida feel...food was good service was excellent and the atmosphere was fabulous.

Kick back and relax vibe. Outdoor seating, right on the water. Good strong drink, excellent car Xtreme appetizer and grilled shrimp tacos. Great way to end an epic vacation!

I was a little bit surprised that the shrimp scampi had a thick sauce but it was delicious. Plus the portion was so large I was able to take some of it home for a second meal

I drive by this place a lot & never realized what a hidden gem it truly is. I definitely will be back.
Great view, awesome service & excellent food!

It was time to try out the new Indian River Bar & Grill. We tried out the old establishment just once shortly before it closed and was not impressed. It is very different now. My husband and I decided for our first visit to try out the wings (Teriyaki, Parmesan Garlic and Honey Garlic) and the Poutine all of which were wonderful. No we couldn't finish it all. Thus far they only have beer and wine, but that should be rectified as soon as their liquor license in approved. We actually ate at the deck bar (outside location closest to the actual restaurant building). Our server, Tia, was outstanding and made our visit very enjoyable. Kudos to this restaurant. We are looking forward to a second visit.

New name, new owner. Loved it! Friendly bartenders at the tiki bar. Great service. We had the fried shrimp and it was very good. We love this place!

Some of the best seafood I’ve had. This was a great addition to our trip from Cocoa beach back to Orlando! 💗👌🏽Great atmosphere. Great service

Absolute gem. Service is awesome, great location, and food was shockingly delicious. Fried chicken sandwich is one of the best sandwiches I've EVER had. Servers were all excellent and wete attentive but not annoying. Wish I lived closer! Will be stopping again when in the area.

We absolutely love this place! Great view of the water and awesome music. Bartenders are personal and always sweet. Food is incredible. Happy hour and food/drink specials are killer!! Our fav local spot.

I can't say enough! Excellent people, food, and nothing beats overlooking the water! The only issue, the deck desperately needs repair. We had a chair leg poke right through the weathered decking.

Just visited for the first time with my son. And I have to say we absolutely loved it. The food was great, waitress was kind and attentive. Not your "typical" restaurant, but I would absolutely come back, both my son and I really enjoyed it. I would definitely recommend!

Stopped by while down here visiting. Really nice place! Granted, i was only on the back deck - great view of the river, wonderful breeze, nice dock too. They have totally remodeled the inside though i never saw it. They didn't have enough tables on the deck but they are building new, as i speak. I did snag one. Multi level deck, with one table that juts out over the "cliff"... try to get that one! I had my usual when in Florida, which i do in order see how good the place is...a mahi sandwich, which was VERY good! Side of spicy coleslaw, which was pretty good. Started with the crab xtremer - also pretty good. They feature a selection of Playalinda Brewery beers - they are all good! Well, i tried 3. All in all, a great place to eat, drink, and watch the sunset on the wrong side!

Took a lil while to get our food but our server (bartender) at the outside tables by the water was really friendly, nice and attentive, drinks were really good and strong, food was good and the environment/atmosphere was really pleasant, good music ect. Overall good time

I love it the 2×1 margaritas 😍 nice place to relax with view to the ocean, we ordered our food all came out on time my shrimp with sweet potatoes waffles fries was delicious also ordered hush puppies and were really good the only thing was our check too long to get it as they were only 2 servers at the time we dined but they worked really hard to get everyone so we grateful
