My quarter pounder with cheese was perfect, my french fries were crispy and hot. Excellent

The customer service greeter Lisa is an absolute gem. We shared life testimonies as I was out in parking #1 waiting for my food. She is a great asset. The food was great and accurate as it was very busy there.

I always have good service at this location employees and management are amazing Rodriguez should be proud

Went through the drive thru this morning for breakfast for my daughter and I. Both ladies in the back and front drive through were very friendly. Food was exactly what I ordered & given to me quickly.

Me and my sister went here for a quick bite to eat and decided to eat inside. We were greeted as we walked in and the ordering process was a breeze because of the self ordering machines that are at the front. Everything was relatively clean, not perfect but decent enough.

Effortless and enjoyable – my fast food favorite.

Nice quiet time here today. No one playing around, being goofy. Order was prompt, everything went great. Nice atmosphere.

It is busy and I can see all of the employees working hard to get the orders out to customers in a timely manner. They also were friendly with good customer service.

I go to this McDonald's every Friday morning to get breakfast for myself and my coworkers even though I live in Port St John. They are always super friendly at the drive through and their Frappe machine actually works! Port St. John's frappe machine has been down for over a year and their customer service is not the best. I'll go out of my way to go to the Cocoa McDonalds on Dixon. They are awesome!

My car wouldn't start when went to leave employee refused to allow me to use an outlet to charge my car battery even after hours of noone stopping to help and jump me. Meanwhile this is 12 midnight 12:30 Am. Then Finally after I ask employee again if can please use outlet instead of saying to me again for 100 times to look harder around the building when he knew damn well I walked around building and every pole and light of McDonalds and all surrounding closed stores to where would have to push car to anywhere else to get outlet. To my surprise employee allows us to use outlet and then 15 minutes later car starts up after able to get it charged and we can finally leave 245 am or 3 am. I'm sorry but I am sure he could have helped me a lot earlier knowing what I was doing and knowing noone was stopping on main road with me holding jumping cables and he heard me on phone with AAA and heard them say who knows when someone can be out to me but they will call when on way be awhile though. I am thankful that employee finally did help though you have no idea how relieved I was. Especially being a woman alone and noone helping I was feeling not safe and all kinds of not good feelings and a bit scared. Nothing I tried was getting anyone to help. Even sheriff's cars drove by me. Not good to ever feel way I did that night. I'm still shaken about it all. I do apologize I know stores have strict rules and regulations but all I wanted was him to plug in a plug for me not to have employee come outside and help jump me or me go inside at all I feel I was not asking for anything to where anyone would be in any danger. If anything if he didn't help me who knows I may have ended up in some kind way night was going with noone acknowledging I needed help. Instead they would turn heads and drive faster like I couldn't see them or that they never made eye contact with me at all. In Boston where I from I never would have been in trouble more than 10 minutes before someone would have stopped and helped me. Noone pretending to not have seen me for sure. Like where did people's respect and how so many are ok with acting like didnt see me so wouldn't get involved. Really ??? I never would have been able to drive away especially not acting like I didn't see a woman needing car help after midnight noway I never would have been able to sleep wondering if that woman got home safely. I'm greatful noone had to turn their heads from the news where they could have seen me with a different ending of my night one not good at all. Thanks to all the good Samaritans who don't want to get involved. Wow all I have to say.

My son who is traveling with me went through got himself a burger and an Oreo Frosty. He really enjoyed the Oreo Frosty he said he was shocked to see it was actually correctly made good job guys

My order was correct and it's fast and everybody was very friendly don't understand why it doesn't have a higher rating

I ordered at a different mcdonalds via app. Checked in. Paid.. got in my spot for pick up and after 10 minutes of waiting closed. But took my money. Last of it. I called this McDonald's just to see if I can get a number for refund... And the manager so graciously offered to make my food for me and my family!! This has been the most kindest thing someone has done.

On top of that his restaurant is clean, runa efficiently, everyone is happy and pleasant. They deserve to be recognized!!!!

Always good coffee. & seniors get a discount! I love their Mocha Frappi even if I can't spell! Drive thru is fast with 2 ordering stations. I went inside this time & it was clean and looks like it's been updated. They have 2 electronic order stations, but I used the old fashioned way & ordered up front. Didn't have to wait!

The cashier that waited on us, was very attentive to our needs. Our breakfast was hot and fresh. Excellent service. My prior experiences have not been that well. Thanks for improving your customer service.

I love it there was a lot of cars so I just went inside. I can tell not a lot of people enjoyed their time due to the wait but in all honesty it's not a bad place McDonald's is very popular it wouldn't make a difference if there was 30 people working there you will sadly have to wait for your food like everyone else but that doesn't mean the food is bad or the store is bad. It's just a wait and sometimes we all need to wait on something.

Since faith has become the manager this McDonald’s has become so clean it’s sparkles and it smells clean when you walk in I got my food and my coffee the quickest I ever have. I think it’s because of the manager named Faith she is an excellent manager and I think she should teach the other managers at the other locations because she has turned this McDonald’s into 100% better store to come into. Thank you Faith!!!!

Fast service. Orders are always correct.

EDIT: It appears the entire staff has been replaced. Wait times are ridiculous inside and in the drive through, now. Etiquette at the order point in the drive thru is horrible. We're stopped going there after 6 or 7 visits in the last two months. There's a Sonic up the road. I'll just go there.

Drive thru has improved 💯 friendliest customer service food everything how quick the food comes out I'm really impressed just had to let you know you're doing a great job 👍

I typically order using the online App. It is remarkably easy and they have oodles of discounts. Plus, it is nice to be able to sit and wait in your car without having to interact with anyone. However, sometimes I have special instructions that can't be related via the app. (Good place for improvement) such as I always order a mocha frappuccino with extra shots of expresso. This adds to the volume of the drink so I must go inside and talk to the employee about putting it in a larger cup so that nothing gets Left behind. Nobody wants to waste a drop of a $7 drink, right? I wish I had gotten the name of the young lady at the register this morning, so forgive me, but she was charming and more than willing to accommodate. Food was, well, it was McDonalds, lol, but above average as far as that goes. Everything was perfect!
