Home Depot has had a change in staff in the past year and seems to be a little bit more organized and friendlier. It is more enjoyable to go to home depot.

The store always has very seasoned and knowledgeable employees. Every associate is very well trained in their specific area and is able to help with other areas. If they are unsure of other areas, they are very good about finding someone who works in that area. This is the best place to go if you have questions when you are new to Florida about how to care for your grass, swimming pool, chemicals to use, the best type of flooring to put in your home. The team in the paint department is like an HGTV employee. They are always full of great suggestions for current colors that sell homes fastest. Cashiers are always friendly and helpful.
You can buy scraps of wood that nobody wants that are very decent quality and size for 70% off. One time the cashier could not find the price and she was kind enough to say just go ahead take it since I was buying a lot of stuff it was not a big deal. I am not a fan of big box stores, because I always try to support the family, mom and Pop businesses. However, you cannot find a better home improvement store in the area.

Best place to shop period. Customer services is second to none! I literally shop there almost every day for all of my Plumbing and HVAC supplies for my Company and my Customers.Highly recommend getting the Home Depot Credit Card as it offers great incentives.

We recently rented a concrete saw from Home Depot for a project. The equipment was in excellent condition and performed flawlessly, making our task much smoother and more efficient. The staff at Home Depot was friendly and helpful, assisting us in choosing the right tool for the job. I highly recommend Home Depot for their quality equipment and excellent customer service.

The staff at this location are extremely helpful store has just about everything that you need and if you can't find anything just ask the staff.

Great store and they always have what you need and if they don't they usually find a way to get you what you need. Great store for all your supplies, and needs for inside outside your home and yard.

This is a clean and well stocked store. I found everything I was looking for and the staff is nice and friendly. They rent Penske trucks here. Also, their tool rental selection is huge!

Employee was very knowledgeable about the products I was asking about to kill grass around my pets . He even suggested a totally different way with a different product to do what I wanted to accomplish around my pets that I would never have thought of, I had never heard of concentrated vinegar or that they sold it.

Home Depot in Merritt Island is great. The team is friendly, professional and helpful. This store is definitely one of the best.

Excellent customer service at this location! I was having trouble with a ceiling fan install and the employee in lighting took the time to help me and answer all of my questions. The store was clean and well organized.
