Krystal is the nicest person ever I get free coffee every day and Kevin gives my dad free coffee every day xlarge 5 sugars and gives my granddaughter a free mocha also

Bought an iced coffee this morning and didn't realize the taste was off until after I got to work. I went back after work and explained the situation to the manager and she was very nice and very understanding. Offered me several solutions to the situation. Things happen. And usually when the drive thru line is long, it's not the workers. It's the customers. I would never go through a drive through and ask them to tell me every kind of donut they have, ask how an item tastes, make 3 separate orders, etc. People should go inside for that.

Kevin is an amazing person. Got my coffee fast and right.. donuts are amazing

Haven't had an issue here yet I try coming here than the one on browns hill they're rude up there. Plus I only like coming here for 1 main reason

Had nutty pumpkin ice coffee and chorizo wrap. Both excellent. Used dunkin online ordering and went in to pick up item. Even though they were very busy, did not have a long wait . Workers are very nice and friendly. What is most important, they are kind and friendly to each other.

They never mess up my coffee orders.

This particular one is my absolute favorite! The ladies, excuse me, the baristas are always very friendly. On top of that the drinks always come out looking exactly like the pictures. You may think that it's no big feat but mixing liquids in my experience has been difficult. But these experts, they make it look easy! Always a pleasant experience when I visit here. Thank you again for your absolutely wonderful service.

Even though the drive thru was very busy they waited on everyone very quickly and they were very friendly. Got my Carmel frozen coffee and it was delicious 😋

I come here several times a week. Over a year ago I felt their service and attitudes were awful. Last winter I noticed newer employees or just ones I haven't seen before. They are awesome! My order is accurate about 99 percent of the time which is rare when it comes to coffee. Attitudes are always great and they go above and beyond! 💗

Every time I stop here they always make my drink perfect! Service is also fast. Always a positive experience stopping at this location.

Go here every morning if gregs not working my coffee is amazing if so i have to have them add sugar or carmel dunkin is life.just had the maple syrup bacon and egg wrap it was good but lil messy

Polite friendly employee provided excellent customer service 👌 👍 😀 coffee always good. Donuts 🍩 are good fresh. They should make a toasted coconut cake donut snd also make a apple filled donut and a lemon filled donut. Just suggested.

Very bad experience the last that waited on me was white with reddish hair and a young girl with long fingernails she was very rude and when I ask her for certain donuts she she kept saying she didn’t have none then there was some in the next case so I told I wanted the rest of them to make 12 then she goes and puts her fingernails in the dounts and I didn’t know u til got home but this kind of stuff shouldn’t be allowed.

The manager there who's name I do not know is one of the nicest gentleman I have ever met. He always is willing to correct any issue with true politeness. I've never once had a bad experience at the McKeesport store.

My coffee was fresh and actually tastes like caramel instead of coffee! My kids loved the donut holes or whatever they're called. Waited 5 mins in line and was out the door pretty fast.

Do you like donuts? So do I, thats why I get them from Dunkin Donuts.

Convince of a local coffee place closer to home. Always pleasant people working and they always get my order right. The only inconvenience is the local traffic certain time of day. Otherwise, amazing coffee! Mmmm caramel latte! ☕🍩

The customer service was spot on while I was there.
I asked for a custom coffee mixture and they verified my order and it was made perfectly.
