Mcdonald's in the Waterfront I believe this McDonald's has one of the best hot french fries, ladies and gentlemen who work here. Keep up the good work. As long as that continues I'll keep coming.. employees, I really want you to know you're appreciated I appreciate the whole team. Thank you once again

Stopped in to get a caramel frappe. Machine is not working. Yet again. I've lived in this area for 3 years and have yet to get a caramel frappe from this location. Not only is that bad. The cashier helped the man in front of me then just walked away and left me standing for 5 minutes without a, I'll be right back or any acknowledgment that I was standing there. You all should be embarrassed the way you run this place.

Magnificent service and the food was really good and the people were extremely nice!

As of recently the food quality has gone way up especially in the fry department. My last few visits my fries were hot and crispy and very good. Keep up these improvements!

This review is strictly in comparison to every other McDonald’s. This is the best one of them and the only one I’ll ever say I enjoy. The food is always on point, orders are quick even when it’s backed up. Go to the north Versailles one if you left a bad review on this place then talk to me.

Went today for lunch and it was fast and delicious ordered through the drive through. Best McDonald's we had thank you to the crew today!

Giving credit where credit is due, today we went to this McDonald’s and even though it was lunchtime and the line was long, the staff had the customers moving through very quickly. Everyone was friendly and efficient. Today, was a great experience. Kudos to everyone working around noon on 4/3/21.

I didn't get the young man's name but he was the best he took my BIG order he was so happy and energetic. He was great he was talking to me as we waiting for my food to get done. He was multitasking taking other orders making sure my food was correct. I greatly appreciate everyone one up their for making my order but especially him for taking it. We need more people like him. Thank you for my excellent service

Everyday I come here and The manager Clarence makes my experience worth coming back. I appreciate his service. Make sure you guys take care of him like he takes care of his customers!!

Hit drive thru after a long day playing @ the park. Went thru quick, got everything we needed and on the road again fast!

McDonald's was the only place we could walk into and actually sit down and eat. Manager couldn't do enough to make us feel comfortable. Very clean and organized.

There was a lady employee walking around and serving everyone and she welcomed everyone. I had the best experience there. She was happy and brought good energy. She made my McDonald's experience great.

That was the best double hamburger that I’ve had in years. I was really full when our meal was finished. Thanks DQ!

March 5, 8pm -ish ... drive-thru. This is the first time I've ordered a burger at McDonalds in close to 15 years. It's been 18 years since I've eaten at this particular branch. I had no idea meals came in sizes!
Excellent customer service, bacon burgers were great, and the reason I really went ... the Shamrock Shake ... was perfect! Thank You!

I had a very large order and the cashier doubled check my order with me to make sure everything was right and the food was fresh and hot

Great food & this location tries to get you in & out quickly to start your day. Had pleasant customer service that morning.

They just can't get it together down there!!! They need a down to earth manager!!!

Omg they have a hostess .. I LOVVEEEE IT . i have 6 children and she was on point when it came to anything they needed.I wanna thank Ms.Lena the host. This is the FIRST TIME EVER I been to a McDonald's and was able to eat ALL MY FOOD at McDonald's .. I WILL BE GOING THERE MORE OFTEN. Keep up the great work McDonalds.
