I have no reason but to give 5 stars. Luke, Brett and the team that they have are amazing. My old AC unit stopped working and Brett was there that day to take a look at what was going on and fit me in not even a week later to do a complete install of a new unit. They did a full AC and furnace install in my home and cleaned up after the job leaving no mess at all. They worked with me in financing the job as well and were very genuine about the whole process. I would recommend this company to anyone. Couldn’t have asked for a better company to complete my install.

I’m sure I’m not the only one who gets the silent treatment, bad first impression, and crazy prices when trying to hire someone for home improvement. Thankfully, I can rest easy knowing that I can count on L.Cipriani Heating & Cooling for my heating and cooling issues and upgrades.

Thanks to Luke and his team for reliable and quick service when our AC unit wasn’t working properly. Luke came to look at our unit, gave us recommendations on what was best, and then we had a new unit in just a few days. Very quick turnaround and the install team was very efficient and professional. Luke was amazinggg! He scheduled next day service and had my air working super quick! He even hosed my unit down afterwards for me! He was super nice and friendly. He didn’t charge much at all! Cipriani’s was fantastic. They have serviced our furnace and AC a few times and we’re prompt, professional and more than reasonably priced. Extremely knowledgeable. Listened to our issues and found the best solution for our aging furnace.

When it came time for a new furnace and AC unit, the price could not be beat. Extremely professional and had fantastic communication. The owner came a few days before installation to show his crew where we wanted the furnace and AC installed and what changes needed made.

They called the day before to tell us what time they would arrive. They were on-time, professional and thorough. Very neat and left no trace of any materials. There was an issue with our thermostat and they stayed until it was resolved.

We used another company 13 years ago and the system they installed never cooled our second story. This new system works so well, we haven’t even needed to run a fan in the upstairs rooms!

L. Cipriani is the ONLY HVAC company we will ever use.

Luke got back to me very quickly when my heater went out. He was very professional upfront and honest. Brett came out to give an estimate and do repairs. Very polite and professional. I was using another company who stopped doing heating and ac and they had reccomended another company to me who had previously been out several days before hand and found nothing. All they did was keep turning the furnace off and on. They did not do any diagnostics. Two days later my furnace did not come on at all. When i tried calling them back they were closed on sunday but their measage didnt indicate they were not a emergency repair. I ended up calling L cipriani heating & cooling on a sunday and left a message. Luke called me back very quickly. Anways it turned out to be the ignitor. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs a repair or estimate done. They are very professional, honest, get the work done quickly and are reliable. I will be using them from now on.

Excellent service! The AC stopped working at my in-law’s house and Luke responded immediately - he was able to diagnose the issue over the phone and gave an exact quote. The technician, Brett, was quick on the job and friendly. We had it fixed in <12 hours on a hot summer weekend, and all for a fair price.

Had a new furnace and air conditioning system installed. The guys did a great job. They did the work quickly, efficiently and skillfully. Luke passed on an upgrade for the furnace (92% up to a 96%) at no extra charge due to a promotion from Goodman. Very thankful for that. The overall cost for the job was very reasonable. Knowledgable crew as well. Luke didn't try to up sell what I didn't need. Straight to the point. If you are thinking about hiring L. Cipriani and crew, do it. You should not be disappointed.

L. Cipriani came out the day I called to clean up the mess another HVAC tech messed up and fixed everything, advised I likely needed a pressure valve and was able to get everything fixed right away. They also checked in to see how everything was a running which was great after the last tech basically charged me to break my furnace more :)
They deserve the 5 stars they have! Trustworthy and reliable.

Luke's crew was great! On time,hard workers,nice cleanup,everything you could ask for. I got a new furnace&ac. Right out of the box the new ac condensing unit malfunctioned. The guys quickly picked up (another) new one,stayed the extra time and had me up and running,same day. That's how professionals handle problems. I give them 5 stars only because it doesn't go to 10. Had them out to install central a/c on my home that did not have it before. Did a great job for a fair price.

Great company and employees. Called the for a furnace inspection and issue.told me what needed. They came the next day with a new furnace and installed it The guys were great kept me informed and left NO mess when the were finished. Have had cetral air replaced before now furnace if need it done they are the ones to call.

First off, Luke's communication was exceptional. He gave swift respones that were very informative. The professionals who did the removal and installation (Brett and Joe) were fast, efficient, and quite knowledgeable. They truly made the process of replacing my AC unit stress free.

Professional, honest, and quality workmanship, are three of many words I would use to describe Luke Cipriani and his team. When my furnace wasn't working (non real emergency as it was 60° but still needed a little heat) correctly, I called Cipriani heating and cooling and they were able to get me service within the day. After diagnosing the issue a part needed order that needed overnight, so the next day when the part came in Luke himself came to install it. I had to leave while Luke was here to get my son and school, he didn't need much time to finish so i left a key and card for payment. Luke finished the job sent me pictures upon leaving and locked up. I would recommend Luke and his team to anyone as they are ca of handling any job no matter the size.

Luke is amazing. Our HVAC was leaking water all over the place so we called around and every business we talked to was happy to send a tech out for a "fee and we'll see". Then I called Luke. He listened to my issue and we worked together to fix the issue promptly. It's so refreshing to meet honest professionals who care about their clients and provide excellent service. 100/100!
