Pressed Panini & Flatbreads Food Truck

The oxtail sandwich.. I still dream of it. Sometimes when I’m having a bad day I just think of that sandwich and it gives me hope to go on. But really, I’ve lived all over the country and I’ve eaten at all the food trucks and restaurants one could imagine. That oxtail sandwich (with truffle fries) is hands down one of the best meals I’ve ever had.. Until we meet again 😮‍💨

Yesterday I finally had the opportunity to experience pressed in all her glory at the Cultura International Festival in downtown PC. I got the Maya and BABYYYYY!!! IT WAS AMAZING SUPER HOT AND GRILLED TO PERFECTION!! THE BALSAMIC DRIZZLE ON TOP. SHEF'S KISS!!! I SHALL BE BACK!!!

Awesome sandwich. Very good! Well worth the money! The truffle fries were amazing! But that sandwich with the shrimp and crawfish!!!! It's on a whole other level!!! Will return. Awesome customer service. Lady was very patient on the phone going over the menu with me. Recommend 100 percent!!

Me and my kids had the opportunity to enjoy "Pressed" at "Movie Night." I had the oxtail-loaded fries; they were delicious, and that spicy kick was a good surprise. The serving size was enough for leftovers, but of course mine didn't make it to see the next day. My girls had the grill cheese sandwich kids meal. My daughter made sure to tell me multiple times that it was better than mine, lol. "Mom, it's the cheese." Now I have to find that cheese so I can at least get a 3-star review until we can visit the Pressed Food Truck again for the 5-star version lol.  I'm already stalking their Facebook page for the next pop-up in my area.

First bite I was already in love! I got the Issa surf and truffle fries! Please consider checking them out as it’s my first time, and I definitely know I’ll be back again and again and again! Keep up the great work you’re doing amazing!

The “Maya” with a side of Truffle Fries is my personal favorite! The presentation is always on point & the ingredients are always fresh! Way to go Chef E😋😍

The food is absolutely phenomenal. You can tell all the ingredients are fresh and there is real care put into every dish. An absolute must try is the Issa surf and off white flatbread, I recommend adding chicken. The customer service is also just as good as the quality of food. They’re in different spots of town throughout the week so if you get the chance definitely stop by and grab some gourmet food!

Shrimp and crawfish loaded fried were amazing! Also the mushroom Swiss burger!! 🤤

If I could give 10 stars I would the spicy tings is so delectable, so juicy, so tantalizing! I think she puts a whole pack of oxtails in it or something 🤣 I always want to eat more because the taste especially when you order the truff parm fries(mac and cheese fye too. It's pictured) an let the sauce drip on it a little bit whew anyway I try to eat the whole thing but I fail everytime, later me always thanks Chef for not skimping and myself for not being a big back🤌🏽🤣

Oh yeah I want to try other things but that spicy ting has me in a headlock!

Best food truck I've ever eaten at. No matter what u get, your going to love it. Of all the restaurants I've reviewed, this is hands down the one I want to go back to the most. Heartily wish they had a solid restaurant in town. These people are a treaure.

The service was excellent. She had gluten free bread too! My sandwich/panini and fries filled me up! Excellent flavor and customer service!!!!

I wishhhhh my stomach was bigger!!!! Lobster, cheese, oxtails (yes, oxtails!) — in a panini 🤤 On perfectly buttered and pressed bread. I would give 10 stars if I could.

First time heard of Pressed food truck my supervisor saw it on a friends Instagram at Sharon Sheffield Park and went and got us lunch. It was so delicious!!!!!
