Firehouse Subs West Henrietta Road

I always get the hook and ladder. It tasted great. The person waiting on me was nice too. They have a soda fountain in there with a big variety.

Owner and employees were great... very quick there and subs were big too... will definitely go there again...

I ordered the hot Italian sub. It was probably in the top 5 subs I have ever had. Plenty of meat and perfect amount of veggies and dressings. Outstanding 👍

Micayh (I tried to remember spelling) her and the other girl making the subs for my pickup, are awesome they were so friendly, after a long day at work it was nice to have smiling happy people who can joke around and be as productive as it seemed they were being. I arrived several minutes early so my order was still be prepared and I went outside to wait and "Micayh"(?) brought the food right outside to me!!! Amazing!! Hang on to these two because they ARE what customer service is about. Thank you firehouse for another excellent dinner.

Best meatball sub I’ve ever had. Amazing form factor to the sandwich. The bread was perfectly toasted to act as a stable vessel for the meatballs- which were eaten bite by bite without falling out. They even seasoned the top. A true work of art!

Great food and service. Ordered pickup and was able to get it in the drive thru. Price is also real good. Amazing.

Steak sub was borderline good..it was a tad over seasoned..no friez but they do have chipz..wished they had friez tho or even onion ringz 🤷🏽‍♀ they r worth a try tho 🙂

I was looking for a sub and accidentally came across this location. It was meant to be! This place has the best subs in town, hands down! AMAZING subs...I will never go to another sub shop again. i always have a good experience here, but today i got to meet and get served by matthew! he was so pleasant and friendly and really put me in a much better mood. he was also extremely informative. so thankful he was clocked in when i decided to come in!

My first time ever here!!!! Stopped in with my dad for an early lunch and overall, yummy!!!! The spicy Cajun chicken sub has the right amount of kick to it!!!! 10 out of 10 highly recommend and I will definitely be sure to stop in again someday!!!! 😁

My favorite sub shop by far. Great choices and friendly atmosphere. Owner is actively out there taking orders and checking in with customers. Very polite employees and regularly enjoy trying something new.

Not only do they pride themselves in a clean atmosphere, the service is awesome. Before they were closing they didn’t complain nor yell about it and made the last few sandwiches of the day before closing. They were so kind to do this and even though I can’t remember the lady’s name, she definitely deserves compensation

I used to eat here all the time in DC and I am so glad we have one up here now. This is one of the best sub places ever in my opinion!

Great service with friendly employees. They seemed happy to be there. I travel for work and visit a lot of FH Subs. This is the first one I have seen with the individual hot sauce packets. Pretty cool! I hope it spreads to others.

I have only been to this place in Jacksonville FL so happy to have one 45 minutes away! My family wishes they'd put one in Hornell!
