Jody was amazing!!! She wasn’t a typical pushy salesperson. She told us about their promotions and warned us to ignore the price tags then sent us on our way. She didn’t hover yet was available for any questions we had. Then once we decided she made sure the purchasing process was quick and painless. I seriously recommend asking for her if you go in there knowing you’ll be buying something because she gave us an amazing discount!
I love the couches my husband and I bought and we will be going back for the chair and ottoman! They’re so soft and comfortable!

Barbara was absolutely AMAZING at Henrietta Ashley Furniture. She was so attentive and got us everything we needed at an amazing price for our first home. Our salesperson was great. She asked if we were looking for something special and we told her. She said please let me know if you need help. When we found what we wanted we went back to her. She asked if the item was available and when it could be delivered in no time. We really liked her and I would go back to Ashleys because of our experience

I was more than pleased with my experience with my Ashley Experience on 8/10/24. Not only was the customer service impeccable, I learned more about my purchase than when I originally purchased my mattress. We never felt pressured or that we were getting a selling spiel!! Not only was the associate courteous, he was personable. He was training a young man and that was my suggestion to him, be personable & knowledgeable about your sale not just the basics!! Mike Barnes was an amazing help. And he gave my wife and I space when we needed it to discuss what couch would be best for us. To us, that’s huge; No high pressure and at the same time knowledgeable and helpful. He even made the transaction part easy and quick. Ashley should be proud of how our experience went down yesterday.

My girlfriend and I were helped by Alex at the Ashley Furniture in Henrietta. I would say Alex was the best sales person I have ever worked with. He explained a lot of things in the beginning but than let us go explore by ourselves. He did not feel like he was pressuring us, or trying to drill a couch down our throat. He than helped us get a couch close to our budget and we thank him very much for that. I would recommend going here too all my friends and family.

I had been shopping for a love seat sofa for a while now. As I entered the store, was warmly greeted by Lisa. Informed her of my desire and presented me with a quick overview where to locate my interest and informed me of her checking in with me as I browse. Lisa circled around to my location a while later with any questions and we did engage. I did view a few items, asked a few questions and moved forward, continuing our conversation. Lisa alerted me to a very attractive camel leather sofa. She was perceptive to my taste and flavor. It was very attractive, comfortable and would certainly compliment my den. The purchase was made and presently awaiting delivery. It was a great experience with many options for choice.
I favored Ashley due to the fact of the positive experiences of a family member, one being customer service. Whenever confronted with an issue, it was scheduled, arrived in a timely manner and resolved quickly.

I had a really GREAT experience at Ashley in Henrietta. I stopped at a couple of other stores before I went to Ashley, I was feeling pretty discouraged about the experience I was having trying to buy new furniture at a good price. So I went in was immediately greeted by Mike B. He was the only salesman that day that took the time to walk me around the store told me about sales going on and financing options. I went back with my partner the next day and we bought a few items and had a great time with Mike and had a few laughs. He’s a very good salesman and extremely friendly. We will definitely be back! Robbie did a great job helping us find a few pieces of furniture. He offered suggestions and options without being intrusive or hovering. It was a pleasant and easy experience.

Our experience at Ashley Henrietta today was fantastic. We shopped around at multiple locations looking for a bedroom set and mattress, and none could beat the quality and value at Ashley. In addition, our sales rep Cameron was knowledgeable and extremely helpful in finding exactly what we needed. He dealt with our terrible senses of humor and was able to swing some deals, which was much appreciated. 5 stars!

The sales team was friendly and helpful. The furniture that would have been my choice at regular price was on sale for nearly half off. Delivery was supposed to be 2 weeks, but they were able to deliver a week early, on my birthday! Just a great overall experience.

We bought a living room couch and loveseat. Our sales person Cameron was extremely polite, and very informative. He went out of way to help meet my needs. Excellent experience!

Finally made the purchase for my daughter’s bedroom set. She is so great to work, with very sweet, very kind and very patient. We went to this store looking for some help because my brother just moved to Rochester. Barbara left such a good impression that when we came back, we asked for her. Sadly she was with other clients, Although the wait time was longer than anticipated, the exceptional quality of care more than compensated for it. She exhibited friendliness, expertise, and ensured my comfort throughout the entire visit. I will for sure come back and wait as long as needed for here again.
