DiBella's Subs

My sub was delicious but the service was awesome. While waiting for my order the employee who took my order asked if I would like a drink of water because it was so hot outside. She even asked if I wanted ice. I always have good experiences at various DiBellas but this one was the.best!

Thank you for a great lunch. My husband ordered the sub, but gave to him the wrong one. The manager gave him the new sub. We enjoyed. We visit this location almost every week after shopping at Costco.

I absolutely love DiBellas and have been coming here my whole life and tell everyone they need to go. But today I had the best sub I’ve ever had. Shout out to Judd at East Henrietta Rd by Costco 🎉🎉🎉 got a grilled godfather with lettuce, all the peppers, onions, olives and oil. I will be coming back to this location for my now regular! Great vibes, was laughing with the crew about how good that sub was. Good place, great subs, awesome crew, amazing master griller Judd.

I drove nearly 1000 miles into the area, and one of my "must do" stops is DiBellas. Absolutely the best subs in the country!

They taste good but...they mess up my order on the regular

I've recently discovered this wonderful place and am in love with there steak sub it's amazing the steak I great and cooked perfectly Everytime and it's a must with boss sauce!! Would give them 10 stars if I could!

DiBella's Henrietta is the best! The shift manager and staff are truly caring and do an excellent job. The food is excellent! Best subs and best service! I visited in 11/29 in the evening and there was an unusual occurrence that they handled splendidly, all while maintaining the quality of food and service for the rest of the customers. Great job all around!

DiBella's is always consistent with every sub: every item fresh, they fill that sub up with so much deliciousness, perfection, and care. Staff are always efficient, friendly, caring, and helpful. The gentleman who waited on me made me aware of rewards I had accumulated and offered that I could use them. I was unaware I had points so that made my day as well. I was treated to 2 delicious cookies for free as I was honored for my birthday as a member of the sub club. Not only was I excited to taste those mouth watering subs but I felt like I hit the jackpot with rewards in addition!

This was my first visit here & to be honest, it really went far above my expectations. Used to being ripped off by skimpy subs at other stores, even Wegmans, every location i tried in the past seems tight with their ingredients. I had a $15 gift card i needed to use gotten at my job so on my way home after work i decided to stop by and check it out. Ordered a large Italian sub and Antipasto salad. I was impressed immediately, the salad so fresh seemed like everything just picked out of the garden. The Italian sub was very delicious with sufficient ingredients to even satisfy my critical attitude for subs. The bread was crusty and moist, because the bread is what makes the sub.. Here, at Dibella's on E. Henrietta Road, I must admit, was very pleased. The workers were nice, but so engrossed in doing a good job making subs they forgot to ask me to pay. I could of walked out without paying but of course i would never do that so i had to remind them that i needed to pay. The girl seemed a little embarrassed that she forgot this, but while paying she needed help from another worker on how to let cash machine accept gift cards. After i was done paying, I walked out of the store with my bag of food and right away noticed it had some weight to it, which naturally made me feel happy (meaning that obviously there must have had enough ingredients i am always so concerned about). anyway, when i made it home finally and started eating the sub, I saw what it really looked like, so nice and scrumptious, enjoying eating what i could, then saving the other half to eat for lunch at work the next day. But to sum this review all up, I am definitely going to return again because the food was worth every penny & highly recommend!!

Forgot how good DiBella subs are. Friendly staff, fresh ingredients but din-in area (tables) were not clean and hard to find a clean seat to enjoy my food. Would return

They make good subs with decent quality bread and ingredients at a reasonable price. This specific location doesn't see a ton of business, it seems, but the fellas working there were in a good mood when they made my sub.

I would recommend all of their subs, EXCEPT the buffalo chicken sub. Not a fan of that one. The tenders are not coated in buffalo sauce! C'mon.

My first time at DiBella's Subs. The bread was amazing. The food was very tasty and a large portion. Staff was very friendly. I can't wait to go back .

Tasty subs. Great Grandma DiBella's mini cookies. Recently tried Jersey Mike's and there was no comparison. DiBella's food is much better.

I love their subs. The inside is nicely designed and the service is good. I havent spent more than 2-8 ish minutes on the busiest days. Definitely worth a try, I just recommend looking at the sub options online for better idea of what they have

DiBella's Subs are fresh, they have plenty of toppings and condiments, you will be served quickly they have a large selection of drinks and chips or sides. The bread is amazing. It compares to Wegmans! So if you want a sub...go there you won't be disappointed!
