My PC abruptly stopped working on a holiday weekend. No one available to call. I found Dragon Computer on line and called on a Sunday morning at 8am expecting an answering machine.. surprised he answered and told us to bring it over. Was very professional and knowledgeable. Trouble shooted while we were there, ordered a new part and fixed in 3 days. After bringing it home, had issues still. We called and he made a house call that night. He spent almost 2 additional hours at our home investigating and fixed the problem. The home visit was not an additional cost. I would highly recommend him .. professional, knowledgeable, accountable and fair. Doesn’t get any better than that

Was able to switch out my CPU system from a water cooler to a fan CPU same day. Charged extremely fair price to replace it with me still buying the part. Even troubleshooting my CPU for free. Even let me come in his home and let me help replacing it teaching me a few things. I admire his passion for computers and appreciate his responsiveness so much! Any computer trouble, I will certainly be taking my issues back to this place.

-I called around to a few repair shops and decided to use Dragon Computer based on his response time, professionalism,​ and pricing. My laptop screen needed to be replaced and he was able to replace it overnight. I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing computer repair!

There are not enough stars to tell you how awesome Zeev is!! I called him on a Sat. He was able to get all my files from my drying hard drive & I picked it up the next day on a Sunday night! He didn't charge me nearly enough for all the hours he spent on it & even taught me some nice shortcuts. Super smart guy, very hard worker and so nice (not enough positive words to say about this man). I'm so appreciative of all his hard work & would recommend him to anyone. Trust me, you won't be sorry!! Best phone call I've made all year!

I brought my laptop, and he quickly figured out it was the hard drive. He replaced it, and spent some time making sure all of the software was up to date and I had all of the files I needed. Nice guy, reasonable prices.

Called him up on a Wednesday told him what I needed for my MacBook Pro, he ordered it immediately , came in on Saturday and I had computer fixed by Saturday evening. Easiest and best computer service I ever dealt with. And hes a great guy.. Todd A Herman

Zeev is an awesome local computer guy who does all of his work out of his home. He will meet you in person in his living room (and let you pet his lovely cat while he figures out what's going on with your tech. Then he orders the parts from amazon and has you bring the device back when the parts are delivered. He does great work for very reasonable prices!

I had a great experience with Dragon Computer Tech. I was traveling in Rochester and this company had the most positive reviews. Zeev was able to help my water damaged laptop. He traveled to my hotel to meet in the lobby and pick up the computer and shipped it back to me. It was a great experience and I’d recommend Dragon Computer Tech to anyone who needs technology help!

If I could give Zeev 20 stars I would- I called him in a panic after spilling an entire water bottle on my brand new MacBook Pro. He told me to come drop it off. A quick inspection revealed significant water damage and he was not sure if he could fix it. I explained that I needed it to teach the next day, so if there’s anything he could do!! I left it with him for the afternoon, and a few hours later got a text of my Home Screen. WOW- I know how much water was spilled and how much damage and corrosion occurred. He fixed it in a DAY, and was so lovely to work with at that. I would’ve paid anything but the price was super super reasonable (lower than expected). I can’t thank Zeev enough for his amazing service!!!

On a Sunday, he was able to fit me into his busy schedule the same day, diagnose my issue (partially corrupted hard drive), and replace the hard drive and install a fresh operating system all in the same day. He was also able to recover many of the photos and documents from the corrupted hard drive and was very reasonable in his pricing. A very fair businessman who charges according to results. Will be back (hopefully not soon).

I recently had to have the keyboard replaced on my older gaming laptop. He had no problem finding the right parts online, and his turnaround time was very efficient. Very knowledgeable!

Fixed 2 of my computers in 1 day! Quick response and turnaround. Good prices as well. I will bring my computers here to get fixed in the future and would recommend to anyone who needs their computers repaired. Very satisfied.

It was 7:30pm on a Sunday evening and I realized I didn't have the correct Molex Adapter for my PSU to GPU. Called up Dragon Computer Tech and he hooked me up. Such an amazing dude. Dragon Computer Tech is AWESOME!

Best service and so knowledgeable!! Very quick and convenient computer repair. Very reasonably priced. Came to my office at the agreed upon time. Ask a few questions about the computer behavior, diagnosed the problem and went to work. Zeev had the problem solved in 30 minutes. He would have been faster had I not asked so many questions!!! He is great. I now have him on speed dial for ALL my computer hardware and software issues!!!

I took them my laptop and he diagnosed it on the spot (no charge) he ordered the part that was needed (2 days to deliver) once the part arrived he fixed it right in front of me. The service was excellent, the total cost was very reasonable!!!

I was in a precarious situation with water damage to a legacy MacBook (2015) and a tight deadline approaching for work.
