Excellent selection of retro games and accessories. Staff is super helpful and knowledgeable. Bought a GameCube controller from them that was giving me issues and they swapped it out for a better one. These guys are awesome.

Such great service! We brought our little ones in looking for a new Mario game for the wii. While they didn’t have that, the man working there helped very much. He patiently answered all my questions and took the time to show us around. Eventually, he recommended a game for the switch that my kids had been eyeing. Although it was a little more than I’d planned to pay, I agreed to get it for them. As an added bonus, he knocked a little off the price, which I appreciated very much. That was nice, but I’m mostly recommending this place because of the worker himself. There’s nothing better than a knowledgeable and friendly person when you’re a little out of your element while shopping. I’d give more starts if I could!

A great place to travel back in time with the old memories by viewing and playing the games that you used to when you were younger (speaking for everyone). I had spent a good chunk of change here but it the end it was all worth it. I will deffinetly come back sometime!

To Brett Patterson. Actually the person you were with and posting for. You entered the store at 4:43 to which I informed you I'm sorry but we start closing in 2 min. You said actually you close at 5 I responded yeah but we start closing at 4:45 and are out by 5 because we stop getting paid at 5, and you replied ok well we'll be out by 5. I thought that was rude so I kicked you out. I think most people wouldn't like hearing someone basically say I'm going to make you work 15 min for free if you don't like that take it up with your boss, and would feel offended. Most of the time when I tell people that information they respond in a ok I'll be quick and there is no problem. I think you need an additued check if I could rate you as a customer I'd give you 2 stars you even told me you used to work in Game Craze I have trouble believing someone who worked in retail would treat someone that way curious what you co-worker think of you now.

I was amazed, so many games to choose from. I got a gift card( certificate) for my great nephew because I wasn't sure what he would like. The young man that helped me and my Mother was very courteous and helpful. It is a gem for all gamers.

A older man with a cane a few months back helped me and my bf with out game systems (dumb us had the wrong Strength power cords) and didn’t realize it. He gave us advice and helped us out without charge. Super nice and friendly for that alone I’ll be coming back!

This store absolutely makes GameStop look like a complete joke. This location in particular had an incredibly knowledgeable woman, named Anna, I believe, who not only helped me find some great deals, but also was a blast to talk to. If you're looking for great old games, this is the place.

Got a Dreamcast and games for a great price compared to online selections, with the added bonus of great customer service and good selection. I highly recommend this place and will absolutely be coming back!

Game Craze is the kind of video game store I wish I could find more often. Good service and a great selection. A wide variety of games of varying rarity. Found exactly what I was looking for and I definitely see myself coming back again.

Best place to go to if you are into old games and consoles, they also have newer games, but of course at a higher-than-Amazon price. That said, please do support local business, plus their employees are gamers themselves and are very knowledgeable and fun to talk to.

I went into Game Craze for the first time today, hoping to get some information on what might be a good first console for my 9 and 6 year old kids. I spent 20-30 minutes talking with Duncan who gave me really useful advice. He is clearly an expert and wasn't pushy or condescending at all which I really appreciated because I don't know much about today's video game systems. Thanks Duncan!

This place is heaven for gamers every age they have everything retro and new. They have great prices for everything and are always willing to trade in games consoles.

I go here from time to time to buy some games, very great staff, i bought a xbox 360 awhile back and it was faulty, they were quick to replace it and they included a hard drive at no charge for the trouble. Good place for some retro games like the gamecube, N64 and psp.

My teenagers love this place. The service there is fair and very nice to local youths. Prices can be negotiable I've heard, depending in the item or whether you may have something to trade. A comfortable cool place.

I love this store man, they have all the nostalgic consoles and games and are close to home as well! I hope they stay here forever, I wouldn't want to have to get my older games from eBay or Amazon!
