Brought my PC in to get a diagnosis and repair. The men were extremely polite and very communicative. They asked me what parts I wanted before they installed them to ensure I got exactly what I wanted. Couldn’t have asked for a better service. I would recommend ProTek to anyone that’s needs a tech issue solved. Great people!

Shawn and Lane were very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Customer service was top notch and they explained everything since it had been over 8 years since I bought a new computer. They provided a detailed estimate and from my research, the parts ordered were top shelf quality and should last a long time like my last computer. These guys are triple AAA +++ business.

Quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue quickly at a reasonable price for the work. They communicated throughout the process and were exceptionally professional. 100% would recommend and I will use them for any future hardware repair needs

I recently had a NZXT Z590 motherboard replaced, super professional, fantastic service throughout. Sean and the team at ProTek do great work, they’re very friendly, knowledgeable and responsive. Most definitely recommend them, my go to place from this point forward.

My computer died and Protek was able to recover the hard drive files. That saved me a looooot of time. They were fast, helpful, efficient, knowledgeable and kept me informed as to their progress.

I recently had to stop using a very old laptop and took it and my new laptop to ProTek to get my files transferred. The techs at ProTek performed the task quickly, and they explained everything to me and answered my questions very courteously. I had more questions a couple of days later and dropped by ProTek again, and a tech patiently took the time to get me on track. My wife and I have used ProTek on four occasions and have been very satisfied with the results each time.

Great guys fair prices. They work on a first come basis but they also take the time to figure out if you're going to need sooner and accommodate. Professional and thorough. Highly recommend this place.
