La Diosa Food Truck

First time trying out this taco truck and let me tell you it was pretty decent! Came for lunch and wasn’t sure what to get until the cashier recommended me the Campechanos tacos. Those tacos were really good. I recommend this taco truck anytime!

Delicious carne asada tacos and Cali burrito!! Stopped on our way through to Denver and this was such a great lunch spot.
Patio outside and a bar right next door for a quick beer. Highly recommend!

The best queso birria iv ever had. Amazing experience and they even made our dogs their own tacos! Highly recommend!

Great tacos, seriously tasty. The ribeye - excellent. Jalapeño truffle fries are a generous portion, but could use more jalapeños.

My husband and I enjoy La Diosa’s amazing food on a weekly basis! Their burgers, jalapeño fries with asada, chicken wings and ribeye tacos are among our favorites! Can’t go wrong with anything on their menu and we love supporting this local, family owned (and ran) business! Thank you for being here in Eagle!!!

I'll been eating Mexican food an a lot places, but in this food truck what a nice surprise, hard to believe is the best: taste, service, flavor, friendly, everything under one roof; my favorite are the birria tacos, but almost anything you tasted, no regrets, of course if you're are fan of the Mexican food.

Absolutely fantastic food truck experience! Food is amazing. Staff is friendly and always smiling. Food prep time is quick. Dine in @ 2nd Street Tavern or take home with you and enjoy in the comfort of your own home. You cannot go wrong @ La Diosa!

Stopped here on a roadtrip bathroom break and was not disappointed!! My partner and I kept saying "oh my God" and making yummy sounds the whole time we ate. Skip the McDonalds and Wendys and eat here instead!

Such a hidden gem in Eagle. You can tell the food is made with high quality ingredients and lots of love. Always enjoy my meals from here :)
