Fuego Argentinean Steakhouse

Went here for a work lunch, beautiful outdoor seating, the menu has plenty to choose from. Nobody was disappointed with their food. I decided on the fish, Capers pull me in every time.. but all the steak that was ordered looked amazing, cooked perfectly. The octopus will be something I try next time for sure. Very attentive service also!

Very nice restaurant on the cusp of the golf course. You get a spectacular view of the mountains. The staff was very friendly and courteous. Although the waitress was a little slow, Nick, the general manager was very attentive. The food was delicious especially The steak, asparagus and potatoes that was in a mushroom sauce. It was fantastic. The presentation of the food was excellent, quiet, attractive restaurant that you would think the prices would be a little higher being that it was on a golf course. Based on that their prices were reasonable.

Had an amazing time celebrating a friend's birthday at Fuego! Top-notch service, delicious food, and the best flan dessert. The view is spectacular. Will definitely be back!

Be prepared if you order medium rare that is what you get. Perfectly grilled everything. Their cocktails are fabulous. Very generous servings. We are so happy to have such an excellent restaurant on Maui

Just wow!!! I'm not sure why I had some reservations about coming here at first but decided to take the wife and kids for our anniversary, and it was really amazing from start to finish. The service was really good and the food was impeccable! The complimentary bread with sauce is a great way to start. The appetizers really hit the spot, sautéed mushrooms and asparagus, crispy calamari & giant shrimp, mmmmm! Our kids loved the pizza! Then the steak...soooooo juicy and tender, seasoned beautifully, melt in your mouth. Cocktails were amazing, and so was the outside view! 10/10
It's a little pricey but definitely worth it, in my opinion. Coming back here on special occasions for sure!

Often times, as a single woman I either get ignored by the server, or get hit on. The server I had was amazing. Not too much, not too little attentiveness. He was perfect. In my opinion, the Tomahawk steak is totally worth it. The Mango tango was my drink of choice and it was not very strong, which I appreciated. And the flan was not too sweet, it also was perfect. I am so glad that I live here and can come back, although the Tomahawk was a special treat, lol.

Visited with family and we got a selection of things - I ended up getting a breakfast burger with egg on it alongside sharing a steak with family - all the meat was tender and easy to eat, and still super juicy. Waitress was super kind and loved to chat! Also loved how they decorated the restaurant since they took over

This is such a cute little place with excellent food and really cute ambiance. I have eaten there twice and every bite has been delicious. Such a nice view of the golf course and the west maui mountains, and even a little wishing well.

First time here and our experience overall was great! Our waiter Guy was terrific - made recommendations, checked on us frequently, made sure we always had water and everything we needed. We were seated outside and although the metal chairs on one side of the table were low and uncomfortable, the high bench seating was super comfortable for my arthritic knees. Most had the ribeye. I had the beef tenderloin and it was really tender and cooked just right. My family said their ribeye was done just right (medium). We tried the ham and cheese empanadas and they were okay. The bone marrow with crostini was interesting! Steak selections are ala carte and sides separate so per person and check total was quite pricey for casual dining. Our food came out pretty quickly though we did have a 5pm reservation. We didn’t try any desert items, but maybe next time along with their make your own pasta.

This place has been open for 2 days with 3 great reviews as well. We were skeptical about trying it. I'm so glad we did!! There was nothing I could say bad. The atmoshere and the sunset view of the mountain were wonderful. Our server Nico was amazing. He was polite, very knowledgeable about the menu, very attentive, friendly, and very pleasant. The four of us all enjoyed our dinners as we each had different dishes and let each other taste what we had. The pumpkin soup was amazing! The New York strip steak was very flavorful, tender, and cooked as ordered. The vegetables (asparagus/zuchini/onion), mashed potatoes, and au gratin potatoes were very delicious, and the mushrooms and asparagus were very good as well. The sirloin (pictured below) was very good, but I recommend the New York strip for more flavor and tenderness. My daughter also liked her chicken/ham/cheese/marinara dish. Give this place a try...you won't regret it.

It’s my go to place to celebrate for special occasions in town. The food is amazing and worth your money. The service is fantastic especially the last time I went there on 3/17/2024 at lunch time the waiter was Argentinian I think but he provided the best service I ever had. I forgot his name but he treated us with the best service, respect, and experience. I highly recommend going here and supporting this restaurant. They get an A+ from me. It’s very kid friendly and has a pleasant ambiance & atmosphere. Keep up the good work. Love this place.

The place is not the main experience maybe but the food certainly is, best food i’ve tried in Maui so far. The “chimichurri” is accurate, and the “provoleta” is amazing. We are now waiting for the Flan and Panqueques with dulce de leche.
Theres even an “Argentinean” products mini market.
The best part is the photo of Messi tho.

If you love steak, you absolutely must come and try the medium rare "ENTRAÑA"! It's incredibly delicious!

Incredibly friendly staff and such a relaxing experience. The food was phenomenal. Lamb and lobster for cheap without skimping on the quality.

We ordered the Caesar salad, gratin potatoes, mushroom risotto, skirt steak, and rib eye. One suggestion I have is that the salad should be served first. Our salad came at the same time as the rest of our order so we rushed to eat the salad because we didn't want everything else to get cold. Also, the gratin potatoes were undercooked so we had to send them back. I'm chalking these things up to being a new restaurant and they are still working out all the kinks.

The hostess was very warm and welcoming, servers were attentive and prompt.
Fantastic ambience overlooking the Golf Course, even had a view of the fireworks as it was the July 4 weekend.
Lamb Chops were on point, however the Pesto Pasta that we ordered was a Buttered Pasta with Parmesan, not bad in taste but would have preferred the Pesto one instead.

Overall a great experience in all.

Excellent service, food, and experience. Best food we’ve had on Maui, bar none.
Risotto was some of the best I’ve had anywhere. We typically don’t order anything remotely Italian away from home to avoid disappointment, but this was great.

Top sirloin steak (I prefer to order this cut monthly at several restaurants) was excellent, great flavor and not caked with seasoning. House vinaigrette is strong but good as was the nice deep green salad. Table bread was just fantastic. Oil toppings are very interesting and tasty.

Vibe here is generally cool and upscale. Came after a fishing boat charter dressed like toasted bums. Our server Chris was smart, timely, and knew the menu very well.

Zero negative remarks to make. 100% plan to return and highly recommend.

Beautiful view,..amazing food...the ribs eye was cooked perfectly and we'll seasoned. Every dish was delicious. The Tres Leches cake was so good it was gone in seconds!

Best Argentinian restaurant and steakhouse! We were there for the grand opening and omg, the entraña was delicious! The bread they serve with the chimichurri and pico de gallo sauces are just mouth watering. Everyone enjoyed their meals and the atmosphere is wonderful! Amazing view of the golf course. It is a must go!
