Dairy Queen

Saturday 6-1-24 my family and me ordered 3 burger meals and the young Lady taking orders was new and a bit slow, but, she was persistent on getting the order correct. The food came out and 2 of 3 burgers were wrong. No problem, this young Lady took responsibility for it and the cook remade our food and the burgers were great. I appreciate Dairy Queen for the $7.00 meal deal. Burger, fries, drink and ice cream. You can't find any better deal.

I went to the Dairy Queen in Bellmead , ordered the New York Cheesecake blizzards - as suggested by the employee , Crystal and they were awesome !! Have been back twice since - she made them herself and she makes the best !!

Went last week for lunch and it was delicious returned this week for ice cream, no complaints as everyone is always helpful and food/desserts are always done right

I had a great experience. The food that was cooked by Joseph was awesome. Great customer service. I had to call and asked who cooked the food. It was great. Good job 👍

Good customer service. This is my first time here. These employees are short staffed yet made like 8 cream treats at one time and let us know that it would be a few minutes. Only 3 minutes later we were all set. I will be going back for more treats . Good employee attitude goes a long way. Especially these days when people are so panicky and hard on fast food workers. Thank you

I love Dairy Queen the people are also friendly and they have a sense of humor and they get your food out on time and it's always hot and fresh and good thank you Dairy Queen

I went to get some lunch and ms.jennifer was so nice and courteous, she greeted me with a smile and even help me carry my food to my car. I was very much pleased with her service.

I worked at one of these as a teenager into my 20s. This place is very well Run, very clean, and the staff was exceedingly nice.

You know i really haven't ever cared to much about eating at DQ until now. This was the freshest, cleanest, friendliest, fastest DQ I've ever been in. If I could've given them more stars I would've. I'll make sure I stop everytime I'm passing through. Absolutely the best service I've ever seen. Great Job Dairy Queen employee's!!!!

Best Dairy Queen in the Waco area. Employees are very polite, fast and not to mention the food was delicious and not sloppy. Best 🍔 ever! My new favorite place.

Young lady with the red hair and light eyes, was working a shift alone, had excellent customer service skills, she deserves a raise and some an extra crew member

Everything was great got a banana split n asked for extra pecans n it sure didn't look like it but she said it was well I hate to see it if it don't u will be saying wheres the nuts to n young guy tht works there don't wear gloves had chocolate all in his hands from my dipped cones n said well I didnt touch the ice cream really gots to do better y'all wit training
