MIKAYLA was so sweet and made our visit really awesome! We don’t do Starbucks often and when ordering asked for something really sweet. When we took a sip of our order it was not sweet at all and she happily helped us fix our drinks and we really enjoyed them! She didn’t have to do that and was just so sweet and kind!

It was good but during morning the line is packed.

Always great customer service and my drink is made perfect with no flaws

I love this Starbucks! It’s my go to when driving though Waco and I enjoy it every time. Breakfast food is great and it’s always dependable if you just need a caffeine boost for the drive!

I’m here every single morning no matter what for my Iced White Mocha w/sweat cream cold foam and extra caramel drizzle … This is my go to store, they always make my coffee perfect and the staff is super friendly always. 🩷🤍💜🩵 No complaints

I try to come in everyday once in the morning and once in the evening. love the place and the people but 3 times now I have showed up around 7:25-7:45 and they were closed. Hours are 5 to 8. we've had to drive into waco for our evening coffee and it's getting kinda aggravating.////I came back and I continue to go back because I love the place and the staff.

Cozy little SB right next to I35. They still have.dedicated ladies/gents restrooms here. Drinks exactly like every other SB, in good and bad.

Had a mishap on my order. I didn't realize it until I got home. However, when I called, they were super friendly and was happy to fix their mistake.

This location was not crowded at 530 am this morning. As always , Starbucks served up a fantastic cup of coffee. But what stood out most was the impeccable customer service shown by the guy managing the drive-thru window. He was polite, professional and efficient . This level of service was quite refreshing and very much appreciated.

The staff is friendly, service is always fast. I started coming to this location since the one close to my house never fills the cups( not to sound petty but if im paying 6 bucks for a cup of coffee i want a full cup) and i have had to have them remake my coffee several times for various reasons. This location has only messed up once on my order but they were very friendly and fixed it the next day as I live 18 minutes away and did not have time to make it back before closing that night. Coffee is always made right. Amazing what difference having the right staff can make. You guys are awesome 👌 👏

The breakfast sandwiches were delicious. My grandson is 9 and loves them. I appreciate the "skinny" selection. Great service and great coffee!

Stop here frequently, always mobile order. Drink is always ready and made correctly. Everyone always friendly as I go inside to pick up.

Very friendly staff. While in there in the evening a couple walked in not wearing masks. The staff asked them to put on masks, the male became vocal citing the mask mandate was over. The employees agreed but then stated that their owner was keeping a mask policy in place still. The male then went to raising his voice and demanding names of employees. I applaud the staff at Starbucks for their professional attitude on handling this situation.

Like all other Starbucks, this one is also pretty good one. I had the usual green tea latte. And it didn't fail to satisfy my thirst. This branch of Starbucks has outdoor seating arrangement. And inside they have high tools facing the roadside that gives a good view. A little waiting was there because of a lot of customer. But while enjoying the view and the free WiFi it was worth it. :)

I’ve been to this Starbucks a couple times, and each time has been a pleasant experience. It’s clean, and the workers are friendly. The employees there are doing a great job!
