I just want to recognize a woman named Tee that was working the drive thru this evening. She has superior customer service skills and I enjoyed her positive attitude <3 very rare to run across someone like her these days

My mother picked me up some food as she was passing through the city as she was traveling and stopped at Jack in the Box. The #5 sandwich (photo attached) was delicious enough for me to make a review of it. (I got mine with Mayo and everything on it.)

I loved it but the guy was pushy like hurrying me up when I ordered other then that the food is great.

The lady at the window is always super nice and has a bright light about her. I appreciate how warm the food is especially the tacos being so crispy and fresh. Thank you so so much Jack in the Box many blessings!

We ordered Uber eats and had it delivered, but they forgot some of our food. Tried calling Jack in the box to let them know immediately, but it was late and they just didn't answer. So I called the next day to tell them about it and they replaced our entire meal and we're just very friendly and understanding about the whole thing! Great service!!

I stopped to get some Jack in the box tacos I hadn't had since I left California in 2002 to live in North Carolina until I got here to Waco, Texas so I thought I'd try some today! It brought back memories many nights getting off work as a nurse and stopping for tacos & a soda to just unwind. There was a young man helping at the drive up and he saw I had my 12-year-old little dog in the car and I don't have air conditioning so the windows were down but she is the breed that has hair like people so she she gets overheated and bless his soul. He came back with some water for her with a few ice cubes in it and she loved it and so did I. I tried to call but no one answers the phone. It says it hasn't been set up for voicemail either, but if they read this and they know who that young man was I want to say thank you so much. The last time I came through there I didn't have tacos. It was about 3 years ago. There was a young lady named Josie there and that was my 🙏🏽😢daughter's name so it was a good sign to come back. Again! Thank you so much!!

Surprisingly good. Last Jack-in-the-box I had was in the 70s or early 80s when they were run out of Oklahoma because multiple locations passed on food poisoning to customers. Place was good. Bathroom was good. Service was very good. Food was good. Fries were great. I guess when I go back to Oklahoma, I'll have a new fast food restaurant option.

I love this location, always have. I always encounter the nicest employees. This morning TeeTee was working the drive through and was pleasant, smiling, and even told me thank you have a wonderful day. This is so rare these days I always make a point to commend my positive interactions.

The food is not always 5 star, people get rushed, equipment goes down, or there isn't enough staff.

None of that matters to me as much as the knowledge that This Jackinthebox has been here for almost every trip I have made from Home in Denton County to my Home in McLennan, County.

I always remember a smile, and the thought of knowing it might be a while before I come back home, I will be here again, in this drive thru, reluctant to leave the happy moments I have shared with my tribe. I also know I'll be impatient to pull out onto I-35 and head North to Home.

So the food gets a 4 star rating. The Business gets an infinity symbol for the experiences. Thank You Jack.

Such a rare occurrence to be greeted at a drive thru window by someone who was genuinely happy and smiling. Not something you ever see in fast food. I was very impressed! Plus Tiny Loaded Tacos were amazing!!!

Always nice and friendly no matter what time

I like this particular Jack in the Box because I don't like mayonnaise on anything and so when I asked for mustard they actually listen and don't put mayonnaise on it and I appreciate that so much. I'm not sure about indoor dining right now as I'm one of these people that can't go indoors anyway I just go through the drive-thru. But the staff is always friendly, the prices are not bad, and the food is always good.

Service can be hit or miss at times. I found the early morning staff to be the most caring and professional.

This place is an absolute culinary delight. I cannot remember the last time I ate this well. I could tell that my meal had been prepared with the utmost skill and love. This was an experience I will never forget.

I've been eating Jack in the Box tacos for over 30 years and they're still the best! The people at this location were very friendly. I rarely eat fast food anymore, but I took a vacation day and decided to have another fastfood restaurant because I was close to it, but I had to through it away because it was that bad, so I went for the 🌮. Stick to what you know.

Great food, and you can actually sit down and eat! Jack in the Box has always been the go to restaurant ( this location especially I work nearby ) , but now it's more of a destination restaurant. Friendly people who are appreciative of you being there. The food is always good and fresh!

Now of course I only went through the drive-thru but the staff was friendly and actually kind of sweet and I do plan on trying to come by there again
