I called to this store prior to showing up and spoke with Nikolas and he assured me he had the battery I needed for my car. Upon arrival he had the tools and battery already prepped and ready to be installed for me. He replaced my battery for me within 10 minutes! He was so amazing and made my experience so easy I just had to leave a review!

I have been shopping in O'Reilly's forever. Never go anywhere else because they are ready to help in any way they can. On the 10th of September I had ordered some things I needed for my car and it was ready. I also needed some covers for my wheels and they had them. Since it was slow, One of guys taught me how to put them on. This happened in the Sullivan store in Madison Alabama!👍 I am so grateful that they are there. They truly are one of a kind!! Super honest guys. I went in there for some wipers and they didnt have the brand I wanted. So i asked if he could still tell me the sizes and he did! Well, I went to Wally world and no luck there either.... so I came back and got some rain x wipers. Love these guys!

The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They have a large selection of parts at competitive prices. If you find a lower price somewhere else, they will match it. They will help diagnose problems and loan specialty tools.
Access to the parking lot is easier by going south on Sullivan Street. If going north, turn next to Zaxby's and go around the block and come in behind O'Reillys.

Always love going here and they are so helpful and friendly!! I think I will start buying my motor oil here so I can get better deals. They also recycle motor oil here. Wiper blades, and many kinds of parts for small engines.

Ashilee was so helpful and friendly she really helped me alot and made my experience memorable its hard going in these places not knowing but I explained to her what was going on and she knew just what to do. My Silverado is up and moving. Thanks Ash.

The team at the Sullivan Street location has always been helpful and knowledgeable about any trouble I've had. Parts have always been reliable and fit. I usually visit the store biweekly.

My 2016 Nissan Versa Note needed a new battery. Before I was replacing batteries by myself in my previous cars but in Nissan I was surprised that due to convoluted design this replacement was not easy. I was really happy that they did it for me. They did, for free, the job equivalent to a visit to a car mechanic. I especially respect the young associate who performed the job for first consulting with his supervisor. This way I am happy to receive a really professional service instead of some quick and dirty guess work. Thanks O'Reilly, I will recommend you to my friends and family.
