O'Reilly Auto Parts

My husband went there for an obscure oil type for his Triumph motorcycle after being directed by a different location out of the product. The hispanic gentleman was an absolute rockstar and joy to be serviced by. He assisted with the oil filter selection as well (it was a very new model so it took some time to make an educated guess given the most recent filters were from 2020 and the bike was a 2024). He even helped my husband sign up for the rewards program. His service is to be commended and valued with a raise! Take note Oreily Auto Parts!

Frank provided excellent customer today. Changed out the tail lights in my vehicle.

Well, after wondering why no one would let me over in traffic a nice individual following me called to let me know that my light was blown.

I then headed on over to the O'reilly Auto Parts on Wall Triana and bought a bulb only to remember I'd left my toolbox in another truck. Mr. Frank thar rang me up not only offered his stores tools to install my new bulb but he just went the extra mile and went straight out and changed my bulb out for me.

Now I am legal again, all lights working as they should and I'm reminded of why I always choose O'Reilly..they're just awesome!

The staff at this O’Reilly were willing to help and are knowledgeable. The young man was able to provide reading insight on P0507. He suggested I take my vehicle to a mechanic asap. He was correct with the information regarding P0507 code.

Any O’Reilly Auto Parts I have visited staff has been knowledgeable and professionally. In my opinion Auto Zone is no longer an option. They don’t offer any type of professional customer service or knowledge of auto parts. They always use vulgar language and very rude.

Been to a lot of different parts shops over the years, but the service at this particular store stands above the rest… continuously getting the parts as fast as possible to keep my vehicle running it’s best, and helping diagnose the issue so I don’t buy the wrong parts. Frank, Ovy, and Adam have always been very helpful, as well as the rest of the staff but these guys are the ones that help me most often. Luke stepped into that group recently and helped me with everything I needed, going above a “parts clerk” type service… this shop’s customer service is so on point I don’t even price shop anymore(they are usually lowest anyway and O’Rielly’s brand products are high quality as well), I would rather support them and keep that service in business!

Stopped at a different store this time because they were on my way home. The person that helped me was good. He knew his stuff and found what I needed fast. O'Reilly's has helped me more than once. I enjoy going there.

The Staff have great attitude, knowledge of parts for most all makes of cars. They stock Paints and adhesives for Body Shops as well.

He called the Bob Wallace store and had the parts shipped to this store the very same day!!!

Went to buy a battery.. The 2 young men working were quite busy between helping customers outside.. The phones as well as those in line and handled things great.

I will say that Walmart approach of fewer employees dealing with customers doesn't work and if it happens again I'll go to Advanced.

The 2 girls working today were the most friendly employees I have ever met! They changed my blades in 2.5 seconds and we're very knowledgeable about stuff. I will most definitely be back here for any and all of my vehicle needs! Thanks girls :)

And here comes Benny, folks! Against all odds, he's attempting something they claimed couldn't be done! We've got a real challenge ahead, as he faces the formidable obstacle of a stubborn car hood. But wait, there's more! His battery, oh boy, it's tucked away halfway under the dashboard! Talk about a tricky situation.

But you know what? Benny's not one to back down. He's a swell guy, full of determination and grit. With his unwavering spirit, he's ready to tackle this automotive puzzle and show the world what he's made of. There is a worker named "Hunter" in this store and he has been excellent in terms of serving customers. He would try to help you out of bound and make sure your needs are taken care of. I normally do not have a habbit of writing reviews but just wanted to make sure I did that for Hunter.

2 employees helped us, replaced our headlight bulb & windshield wipers. Very friendly & thorough. Recommended good wiper fluid. In & out in no time!

I received a more than excellent service from Hunter, he welcomed me to the store, double check the wiper blades size for my two vehicles, suggested the best options for my budget and also check the back for the sizes not found at the front shelves. I definitely will be back to this store for all my car parts and accessories.

The assistant manager went above and beyond to assist me with a replacement windshield washer hose. An OEM assembly one was not available but he was able to fine a replacement part that worked.

The assistant store manager (i forgot his name!) was awesome. He came out to change our windshield wipers. I didn't even know they do that here. He was cracking jokes with my husband and I, and was super knowledgeable about companies of vehicles. I learned something new today.

Thank you, Ovy, for helping this momma, with a car full of kids, out! Ovy went above the normal customer service call and helped me out curbside so I wouldn't have to get everyone out of the car during nap time. You were my hero today!

They have more than I was expecting! I went on looking for electrical supplies for a demo, absolutely not auto related. They had what I needed, and could get anything else I asked about. They even provided knowledgeable solutions! Excellent service!

Had them to see why my check engine lights on..really nice..tried to by antifreeze testor they were out so i got antifreeze to be safe.

They let us use their parking lot to change oil, rotate tires, and do regular maintenance on vehicles of people in need within the community. All of their employees were extremely helpful and occasionally even came out to offer expert advice on some harder to fix issues on some of the vehicles.
