Dr. Shah is the best oral surgeon in Huntsville! He had done multiple implant surgeries, gum grafting surgeries, tooth removal, etc for my family, and each time the results were PERFECT! Never any after surgery issues, always quick recovery. We will never consider another oral surgeon. He is simply the best! Knowledgeable, careful, attentive, honest in his evaluations. Could not wish for more. Unfortunately, as of recently, the front office does not represent the high quality of service you receive once you are in Dr. Shah's hands. So, don't be turned away by the front office staff.

I am grateful for the awareness and masterful execution that went into my wisdom teeth procedure. The preliminary appt covered all of my concerns and comforted my outlook on having this work performed. The team contacted me after checking on my healing. The team really works well here. My daughter had her wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Shah. She had never had any procedures done before and was rather nervous, but he was very nice and sympathetic and put her at ease. He removed the teeth quickly with no problems and gave her prescriptions in case she needed them. He also said to call anytime day or night if she had any problems at all. His staff was very pleasant too. Highly recommend!

Got my wisdom teeth removed from here only been a few days after that but i have no pain this was the easiest experience ever I really recommend them i had almost no pain the day of the surgery

Dr Shah is an amazing oral surgeon. He performed oral surgery on my husband and son. His medical staff is very professional and attentive, they even followed up! However, I have been waiting for my $100 deposit to be refunded over 7 mths now. The refund payment was apparently lost in the mail. After numerous phone calls (8+) to the office with promises of it being refunded in 30 days (time and time again) once we were needing to wait on the postal service, the next 30 more days for reissue of the check, the next 30 days for stop payment... I think you get my point. Now, we have reached the almost 7 mth mark and again they tell me I will be charged $25 (the first time) now $30 for the stop payment fee...really?! They still havent made it a priority! You've had my money for 7mths, I've spent a lot of my time on the phone dealing with run around and I get to pay for your mistake. And after numerous conversations they still haven't started the process...I guess another 30 days right!? I have 2 very good insurance companies that have paid you...where is my money??

I had a very unprofessional experience today with this office. I completely understand everyone is busy and understaffed but a little empathy for your patients would be greatly appreciated.
