Ruben's Grill + Cantina

Everything was perfect! Prompt service, friendly staff, and food was amazing! I had the combo plate with burrito and crispy chili rellano. Came with fried rice and beans. The bonus? Green chili that had some heat to it! Not burn your face off hot, just enough to make it excellent. Will definitely return here, and highly recommend.

Was invited to come & check out the place & was surprised not to see many photos or videos. Decided on the fajitas & my friends got some poppers. Fajitas weren’t your everyday style. They were served in a queso chili that was unique/good. I’m cheesy so the only disappointment was there was no shredded cheese for my fajita tacos. Jalapeños were Poppin’!

All of the food was delicious and the plates were huge for the price. Margaritas were a perfect blend of flavor and liquor. The atmosphere is fun. Restaurant was super clean. The service was excellent. This is our new favorite restaurant.

We went on a whim for some Mexican food and I'll tell you it did not disappoint. It's rare that all the of my children eat but they finished their food. The burritos are humongous and the chips and salsa is fresh and delicious. We will come back even though it is way out of our way to get there, it's that good.

This was our second time to Ruben's, and it is easily one of my favorites. Their fajitas are amazing and so are their margaritas. Staff is wonderful, very attentive.

We were a party of eight (6 adults, 2 kids) on a Friday night. Made reservations on the Monday before, glad I did. Ruben's was jumping busy.
As busy as Ruben's was, we were still attended to with great customer service.
The food was great. The chorizo queso dip is addictive.

Excellent food! I had chicken fajitas, my daughter a fajita burrito. The salsa was super tasty. Our initial service was a bit slow as the waiter was talking up a table of ladies. But the boss (rated "very handsome" by my daughter) got the situation corrected quietly with minimal delay. The waiter was affable and all was good! Highly recommended if you want some good Mexican fare.

What an amazing meal! First time eating there. Our server was very attentive and everyone was so friendly. We're from Kansas and visit often. We will definitely be back!

I freaking love thus place. We live nearby, I am a frequent flier to Mexico, and I grew up in a latino community in Cali. I could eat Mexican food at every meal. The owner is fantastic, as is his staff. The food, drinks, chips and salsa- all-on point. I've been here 10 times, never realized they had hard shell tacos. Best yet, they have the old school, light-fry on demand hard shell tacos. Had dinner, stayed for the atmosphere. Get in here!!!

Amazing!! Me and the fiancé came in to eat, and I wanna say Alan? Was our server (sorry didn't get his name, just looked at our receipt!) and his service was awesome! I got the drunk chicken with carnitas instead and my fiancé got the ramen Birria. SUPER FREAKING TASTY! Maybe it's just the 2 delicious margaritas in my system talking, but the whole experience was awesome. Can't wait to come in again!

These vegetarian fajitas were the best I’ve ever had. The mushrooms were cooked perfectly and the flavor was on point. The service was great, everyone was so nice and genuinely seemed like they were happy to work there and serve me. The margaritas are fantastic as well. They gave me homemade hot sauce, which I enjoyed as well. I will definitely be making the trip back here 🌶 🌮 💃🏼

Always love going to Ruben’s very friendly and welcoming atmosphere they make you feel like family there. The food has always been excellent and as a Mexican food novice the advice/ guidance is always welcomed.

I absolutely love good Mexican food. This is amazing Mexican food. We had the chorizo queso and fajita steak nachos.& wow!! it takes a lot to impress me and this place truly impressed me. The service from the minute we walked in the door to when we left, everything was amazing! We even got to meet the owner as we left. It is so awesome to meet somebody that is so proud of the amazing food that they bring to the table. I will definitely come back here whenever I am in town. Do not miss out on this gem of a place!!! Also, their margaritas are outstanding!

I don't usually give top marks for any review as I think there is always room for improvement, much like for myself. However Ruben's is exceptional! The food is great at any time of the day! The wait staff is always friendly and hardworking. The owner, Alvaro is usually always there and will greet you as a friend. With other restaurants getting bad and expensive. Ruben's food, service and atmosphere is well worth it.

By far some of the best service we have ever had. Food was great. We ordered our appetizers and no exaggeration had them on the table within 2 minutes. It came so fast that I timed our dinner order. Our dinner was on the table in 6 minutes and 52 seconds. Unbelievable. 100% recommend!

I ordered enchiladas and a mango margarita, food is delicious you can tell everything is fresh and drinks are great!! After, I got a Vanilla sky to try and it was so good and refreshing, you have to try it! We got the best service as well it is definitely a family restaurant everyone friendly! Will be visiting often :)
It was also nice hearing other people said how delicious their food was.
