Great associates. I have been to this store a total of 3 times while on business, and all 3 times I had excellent customer service. Great associates.

This location generally has very quick service even if there is a line. The food is always hot and tasty. They do have the new chile verde nacho fries, which were pretty good. If you have something that needs to be special ordered, this location is by far better than the other Hermitage location.

One of the most consistently good fast food establishments I've ever frequented. I do mobile orders and the ingredients are always so much better here than on State Street. Cheese is always hot. Fries always seasoned well. Always a fast drive thru line no matter what. Kudos.

I always come to this location. I went to the other location once and never will again. This location is consistently clean, friendly, and the food is good. Employees who are friendly and look like they actually like their jobs. The food is always fresh and made to actually look like it's advertised and the orders are always correct. They are also faster.

This drive thru has never failed me

I was missing an order item, I called and the manager was super nice and apologetic. She said I could come back and get it replaced, they gave me coupons and even brought the food to my car after going through the drive through. Very good.

Windows p/u was fast and accurate!

The late night shift here is great! They are always so chill and friendly. I had to wait less than 30 seconds for a meal and the manager came outside, apologized, and gave me a free apple pie. I myself work with the public and the little things like these exemplify great customer service. Keep it up guys!

Had an hour between appts and stopped in for a breakfast burrito and iced coffee. Counter person was on his second day and appropriately asked manager for assistance which was cheerfully given. TY to staff!

as a fellow retail work I was very impressed with greeting the cashier had given me this evening(about 8pm) when my fiance his cousin and I walked in. after greeting us he had talked with us as if we'd known each other for years if made us feel very comfortable! Lord knows I can't remember his name for the life of me but he is an awesome worker and he had GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! the food was very good as well! thank you!

Always receive friendly and fast service here. I have visited many times on a lunch rush and never once received an improper order or poor service. Everything is always fresh and yummy!

Friendly staff. Drive thru line always moves at a reasonable pace. Food always tastes fresh. My order has never been made wrong!

Service was fast, accurate and friendly. Trish (I believe that's her name) made me feel very welcomed, and made my experience all the better. The place was clean and I was in an out with no hiccups.... Major thumbs up!

The people that work at this Taco Bell are a lot more pleasant than the other one in town I will go out of my way to drive to this Taco Bell any day of the week

Always tasty. The cheesy potato burrito went up in price. But, maybe it's was at a private owner. Vrs. Corporate. The breakfast crunch wrap is awesome! Get 2 and a drink. You'll wish you did if you're traveling.

Good Taco Bell! Drive through is street side tho so it can be loud trying to get your order in.

Cheri the manager is a very nice lady Jordan was very helpful and so was Dakota I would go to this taco bell all the time over the other one in hermitage

Was very delicious the Doritos taco was pretty expensive but was good
