The people working here are always friendly and do a good job. We need to appreciate the job they do when so many choose not to. There are better food choices, but the ice cream is hard to beat. Thanks Dairy Queen. 😎🇺🇸

I was really impressed with the customer service at this Star location. The food was exactly what you'd expect from a DQ, but the staff had the genuine hospitality that you would expect from a nice diner. I appreciate that kind of cheerful assistance, especially in the fast food industry where the clientele is not frequently deserving of such treatment.

Alyia was such a joy today. She was very conversive, and kind and a lot of fun to talk to in the drive-thru. It's really cold out so I always appreciate when somebody will leave their drive-thru window open for an extra second just to chat. She definitely has great customer service and I hope that her manager sees this and recognizes her as a wonderful contributor to their company!

Love their blizzards, but the p-nut parfait is my favorite.

We always stop by the drive through when we come from Boise back home towards Middleton and get a medium/large cone and sometimes the no sugar added dilly bars, NEVER disappoints. Makes me feel like a kid again and their cones are pretty big and never stale like other places.

The best place in town! Real hamburger’s, awesome service, super clean, amazing ice cream! I mean, seriously! What more could you ask for!

Amazing ice cream and burgers as expected from a place I have frequented from my childhood. My daughters especially love the ice cream cones. Staff is super friendly and a clean environment.👍

Not sure why this place is getting so much hate. We've been a few times. It's clean. Staff is very friendly. Maybe a little cold inside for me, but I like warm buildings. Haven't had the fries yet, but they could be working out the kinks in the fryers in the first few weeks. Burger was a good fast food burger. We got fast service. Fresh hot pretzel sticks and 4 different blizzards that were all a blizzard is supposed to be. Saw the split come out a couple times. Looks good for a $4 dessert. Made my man change his mind to a banana split blizzard. Overall super excited to have this addition to Star

Stopped in for a dipped cone and a Peanut Buster Parfait. Both were great. No issues with slow service at all. We pulled right up to the window and paid. Friendly service. Great experience!

Just a great bunch of people,smiles and kindness all around, and wonderful food try the cheese curds it one of those things that you kinda wish you didnt because there sooo good and well deep fried cheese sooo bad 😋

I happen to be an employee but I have never experiened any bad service. I have always seen employees being friendly with customers and the food has always been great! You can never go wrong with the 5 buck lunch and the Royal Strawberry Cheesecake Blizzard is the best thing I've ever had from any fast food restaurant in the state of Idaho! May be a lot of young kids but they do their best and surprisingly keep the place very clean and organized

I didn't think I was going to enjoy a 2 for $5 cheeseburger but had a long drive ahead, so took a chance. It was actually delicious, moist and fresh.

Went to Dairy Queen Grill & Chill for dinner. The service was quick and polite. Lots of parking. Food was quite good.

No only are the youths working here kind, communicative, and friendly, but they are so polite. And Jase just made the experience for us! He explained the menu, made recommendations for us, and delivered our food to our table because we joked that this was our date night. What a wonderful young man.

After many visits I have concluded 85% of the staff is excellent.. The food is really good and the orders are very rarely wrong. Jaice is a model employee and exemplifies what good service is...
I can't ask for much more.

My husband and I are currently sitting here eating and I have to say I am very impressed! The restaurant and bathrooms were clean well stocked, the staff very friendly and I love that they read your order back to you at the table when they deliver it! So nice to see a team of people take pride in their jobs!

This DQ has been nothing but awesome and a great addition to the town. The staff has been awesome. I ordered a bunch of ice cream got to the window and realised i forgot my wallet. They were so understanding and didnt make me feel dumb. I can't say enough good things about this DQ and the staff
