Wendy's

Previously I had left a 3 star Review for this location - it was typical cold and old food the 3-4 times I have been here to eat.

Today however I had the best Wendy's I have had in 10 years no ex·ag·ger·a·tion!!!
Fantastic hot fries and classic chicken sandwich. Tasted like a different place. The staff was also amazing. I felt like I was at a chipotle or panara bread not Wendy's. Attractive ladies well put together and beautiful smiling faces. Wow. I ordered my food to go but ended up staying to watch and take a few pics/vids for my review. I almost stopped to tell them what a great job but I chickened out with a few other customers at the register.

Bernice is the reason for the 5 stars. She went out of her way to make sure our kids were happy and entertained. You just don't see this kind of service from a fast food restaurant.

Late night dinner just drove from rock hill going to the beach food was correct and good fries were not hot and fresh but nothing an airfryer couldn't fix.

I've been here many times because I absolutely love their spicy chicken here. The sandwich and nuggets are so good and have a great spice to them. Tonight, I ordered them per usual, and the drive-thru line is usually pretty slow here. Tonight, I was impressed at how fast they were moving. I had a chili on my order, and it was the only thing they forgot in my take out bag. I went back through the drive thru and told them that was the only thing they forgot and guess what?? The customer service was amazing because he said sorry about that, and I threw in an extra chili for the inconvenience. So, yes I do still love Wendy's and this store seems to be getting better with drive thru time! customer service and food have always been good here and who doesn't love a place open late around here when most other places are closed!!!

Friendly employees, clean facilities, fresh and tasty salad. Could have used another open register due to lunch hour rush.

I want here with my four children for lunch. The drive-thru is empty so I thought it wouldn't be busy. I did have to wait longer than normal just to place my order. But other than that everything was delicious. Great value for the money. I love their 4 for $4 meal and $5 meals especially when I'm feeding so many. And I do order specialty hamburgers and everything came out exactly as I ordered it.

Great place to stop to eat for tourists.....nice staff and plenty of seating. And it's also inside the Speedway station.....great for snacks, drinks and beer.

I love love love the new Wendy's fries I mean they were good before but now there soooo much better thank you. The store i go-to is right around the corner from me and has been there for quite sometime, l I keep 20- 30 years but its run well and kept very nice. I have no complaints just compliments.

The restaurant was clean. The young lady that took my order was friendly and courteous. My order was filled promptly. The food was hot, fresh and good.

Great Lunch crew. Always professional and get my order right. I visit regularly while at work. Wendy’s food is really good when prepared by the right staff.

My granddaughter has Wendy’s cravings often and this has become our go to restaurant. It is not the closest Wendy’s on the Grand Strand to us, but the customer service is so much better and the orders are always right. The last couple of times visiting, Bernice was the cashier. This woman is such an asset to your restaurant! She is so friendly and helpful and goes out of her way to make sure the order is right and you have everything you need. No, I am not family or a friend; I only know her from Wendy’s. I think the entire evening team is great and must be led by an even better manager. We will be ordering from this Wendy’s exclusively.

So this night we went through the drive thru on the motorcycle and had absolutely NO PROBLEMS like we tend to do at most other locations, so this was a HUGE BONUS for me since I enjoy being on the bike. We both got EXACTLY what we ordered; our food was nice and hot and the drinks were great!! All this, again, was a nice change from what usually happens around this area. Not to mention that the staff at THIS location that night were phenomenal employees and just delightful people all around!! Especially the gal at the window when we pulled around, I wish I could remember her name... :(
We decided to sit in the parking lot next to our bike, under the trees and enjoyed our food without any problems, which was nice because it was a cool night and there wasn't a lot of traffic around.
If ever there was a Wendy's/Speedway that I would recommend around this area, it would have to be this location for sure!! Great job!!

Unfortunately at the time of my visit the inside dining was closed, so we had to wait in drive thru, which had quite a long line. Luckily the line moved quite quickly due to the employees working efficiently. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich meal with fries and a cola. Food was great, tasted fresh, and the whole order was complete. Employees were pleasant and I was happy with my overall experience.

Young man working the drive thru was very helpful & nice. I believe his name is Trevor. Definitely an asset to to the business.

The staff is super friendly!! Now with that being said, I did have a mishap with my order. I didn't feel like returning to the restaurant so I called and spoke to the manager. The manager was super-duper apologetic, very nice, very friendly, very sweet!! She took the steps necessary to fix the situation. I wish I could remember her name, she was working late night. I can't say enough, even though it was late, how sweet, friendly and extremely apologetic she was. Thank you for making my night better!!

Our service persons today both went above and beyond in recommendations for the best bargain for my bucks with my nieces and nephew, for our to-go order, and hooked us up with frosties for the kids. As always, exceptional service and quality. Love this location and the staff there!

Fast food restaurants have becomes extremely slow due to lack of service workers. Drive through is exceptionally longer wait times than going inside and most restaurants are closing their doors earlier than the times shown.

The Lady that waited on us was very friendly and considerate ! Absolutely no problems with our order.

The restaurant was short staffed today so the wait was long. The person who took my order was very kind and polite. Good staff remain professional and courteous under pressure. Great experience despite the wait.

I don't know who the line manager was but let me tell you, she was on point 100% with my special diet needs. Margaret was my cashier. My invoice number was 20045. I wish more businesses had such quality management as this Wendy's location does. McDonald's should train there people by sending them to this Wendy's as a good example of great customer service.
