Great Service! Called to give ETA, explained what he needed to do, took extra caution with my truck bringing it to shop. Polite, Friendly service.

I simply cannot say enough about the superb service that I received from Yates today. There are a few companies I’ve come across that operate so professionally. Both operators could not have been nicer to deal with. I must say there are very few companies in any Industry that I’ve worked with, but I’ve done a better job than Yates.

Could not be happier with the service I received from Brandon and the team at Doug Yates! Memorial Day went south when I lost the rear tire off my prized 67 Camaro and Brandon went out of his way to take as good of care as he could have of the car. He even was able to back the wrecker into my drive way and drop the car IN MY GARAGE while it was missing a tire ! Great at his job and all around great company could not recommend them enough.

though i was hoping to find a tow truck and shop a little closer to where i broke down, these guys were timely, courteous and professional and actually towed my truck and travel trailer to the campground i was staying and then my truck to their shop. a little pricey but they told me it’d be making an extra stop but you get what you pay for.. 10 stars on a scale from 1-5

The dispatch staff was very patient and kind, I was in a semi panic but she was wonderful. The driver arrived within the estimated time frame, he kept in touch every step of the way by sending me photos. The driver was professional - he took very good care of my vehicle. The y where I needed a tow was bad but Doug Yates Towing make it much more bearable. Will definitely use them again.

We blew a tire on our 36’ travel trailer just over the Georgia and Tennessee line traveling 24 towards Nashville. It was on the driver side against traffic and the damaged tire was wrapped around the brake drum. Because of the traffic there was no way I could have change the spare myself. The Tech from Yates Towing braved the traffic and replaced our tire in record time. We were back on the road to our destination in minutes. I will definitely keep Yates Towing in my contacts.

We needed to have a large Volumetric Concrete truck towed from Etowah to Ringold, GA and then to Chattanooga in the same day. Driver was very helpful and knowledgeable. We really appreciate his hard work and enthusiasm! Great experience!

Had a flat and they came to my house and helped put my spare on so I can take it for repairs. Arrived promptly and very responsive. Driver was wonderful!

Guy showed up right on time, knew which car to look for. Very professional and courteous, gave different payment options, and took pictures of the van after he got it loaded up for proof that he didn't cause any of the damage by loading it up. Highly recommend these people
