Great experience as usual for myself they generally have exactly what I’m looking for. Today I went in for oil ,filter and windshield washer fluid they didn’t have all fifteen quarts or oil filter I wanted for my 2020 F- 350 dually but without asking they searched another close by store in my area and I could finish getting what I needed there. So in my opinion that’s still good costumer service. Thank you

This store is great! They seem to know what they're selling and will tell you what is better deals, if the competetir can sell it cheaper. Better. No joke like the service here

Advance Auto parts is my car parts store of choice. Yesterday Chris went above and beyond the call of duty to drive across town and pick up a new rack and pinion for me from another store. I appreciate that kind of service.

I have to give a big shout out to this Advance Auto Parts. I was on vacation with my two boys and when we got into my car on the first morning of our vabcation, my battery was dead. I am a commercial account holder in lower Alabama, so I called them for help. I’m so thankful for their help. They sent a wonderfully nice man to replace my battery onsite at my hotel. I even tried to give the man a tip, he wouldn’t take it. I tried to get him too, but nope, he said he was just doing what he needed to do to take care of Advance Autos commercial accounts. I can’t say thank you enough for rescuing me. Customer service at it highest level in my personal experience.

Friendly service, they will even bring your order out to your car so you don't have to get out of vehicle at all. Fair prices, great sales, and most things in stock so no waiting for deliverys

Huge 5 🌟 SHOUT OUT TO CHRIS at the Rossville rd location in Chattanooga!!!! He totally saved us after we were broke down on i24 for 4 hours. He was able to diagnose the issue so we could by parts to fix it. Now we can resume our cross country travel. Give this man a raise for real!!! Thx again Chris from the Carter family in the sport trac.

Very thorough diagnostic test on my Cadillac DeVille..went thru all 9 codes with me and refered me to best local shops that could help me further..much more efficient then autozone who couldn't even tell me if they had contact cleaner and didn't have a working machine to code test my car.. thank u
